Excellente situation au niveau du centre ville pour ce que j’avais à faire autour. Accès facile. Personnel disponible. Par contre insonorisation faible et quartier bruyant.

Checking was shambolic. Although it was a group booking we had to pay the taxes individually and the check in chap took for ever to do it. The room was clean but tiny with one bed tight against the wall so you could only get in and out at the end. The toilet ran out of water so was disgusting. The dining area stank of sewage so we went to a local Paul for breakfast.

Hotellet er godt nok, men hvor er Roubaix dog wn ligegyldig by.
Situation parfaite quand on veut visiter les points d’intérêt de Roubaix, à deux pas de l’hôtel de ville et du village des marques, proche du tram et du métro. La literie est très bien. Bonne isolation phonique aussi (alors que la fête de la musique battait son plein). Le personnel a l’accueil est sympathique.
Les bémols : la chambre vraiment exiguë et la ventilation inefficace.
Fine for one night stay near the stadium. Staff was very nice with easy check in and check out. Rooms could use some updating.

La Ville de Roubaix est mal entretenue
Hotel ne correspondant pas à la description sale bouteilles de vin et bière dans le couloir. Forte odeur de tabac dans le couloir cet hotel est en dessous de tous les BandB de la chaine et encore moins d un soit disant trois etoiles nous sommes reparti de suite pour loger au mercure. Cet hotel est une vraie honte hotel.com devrait le deferencé de ses offres
