Nice handy hotel to the old town and cathedral, there used to be a lot of street parking outside the front door but this is now limited. Make sure you book a space in the garage
This was our second stay at this hotel and it was as good as the first.
Very comfortable bed
Good value for money hotel. Located close to the centre of Le Mans. Only a short walk to the restaurants and shops.
We had to book here at very short notice when our pre booked accommodation cancelled on us. Hotel was fine, general corridor areas need modernising. Room was small staff helpfully stored our bikes. Hotel was in good location 10mins to town and 20 to the train station. Breakfast was limited not worth extra money. Stay was fine but wouldnt choose it again.
The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding and towels good quality.

Painting bathroom walls not a good idea as loo sear sticks to the wall !
Overall was a nice hotel but was missing a lot of standard amenities. Space in the room was very tight. No coffee or tea in the room. We came down and asked for some ice as there was no ice machines around and were given a glass with 4 cubes. When we asked the next day they said they had none. TV had no international Channels. They could do a lot better for an international market. I would not stay there again.

Zoals gezegd nog l weinig extra voorzieningen in de kamer : geen f ciliteit n voor koffie/thee en geen flesje water. Wel heel goed ontbijt

une seule chose a signalé que des gobelets n'ont pas étè remis dans la chambre par la femme de menage autrant pour le reste autre chose domamge que le soir au restaurant on ne peut pas avoir de dessert ayrelebt le reste rien a redire

Very short stay 1 night, perfect service, very clean, very good value.
The address on google maps put us way off. Took us an hour to find the hotel. One found, check in was easy. Romm was clean and quiet. We paid extra for parking, but car was secure underground and less distance to haul baggage! Many restaurants across the river in the old area, but some require reservations as they are busy!

Les chambres de l’hôtel ne sont pas rénovées. Elles auraient grand besoin de l’être, j’ai vu une robinetterie avec beaucoup de saleté, plafond avec des taches noires qui sont assurément des champignons. Prochaine fois au Mans, je vais chercher un autre hôtel.
Terrible in all areas. No ice in bar, food looked cheap and nasty so didn’t order breakfast, lights didn’t work in room. Heating didn’t work in room. Parking difficulties. Room was cold. Shower room small. Staff useless and the smell of the reception person was disgusting. On these notes. I will never stay at this hotel again
Nice hotel across the river from the town. Comfortable rooms and beds. Good air con. All very clean. Carpets look a bit soiled in the lobby etc. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Would recommend booking the under hotel garage parking. Le Mans is a lively city full of things to see and do.
