De passage pour une nuit
Pros:

Super accueil et excellents conseils pour découvrir Orléans.
De passage pour une seule nuit.
La chambre est correcte et confortable, le petit déjeuner est également correct même si toutes les viennoiseries sont surgelées (on apprécierait du frais du boulanger, mais pour le prix on ne peut rien redire).
Bref, c’est la qualité qu’on attend d’un IBiS mais avec de superbes et sympathiques hôtesses d’accueil 😊

Not a 3 star hotel. There is just no way. More like a 1 star hotel.
Disgusting place. Spilled drink everywhere, even the ceiling!?!
The carpet is terribly stained.
There was mold on the hair dryer?!?
The pictures are not representative of the state in which the rooms are actually. Pictures shows a brand new hotel, not a run down and filthy hotel.

Pros:

Un accueil peu engageant â larrivee, heureusement les employees suivantes etaient plus aimables! Un chariot de draps sales abandonné de 15h à notre depart le lendemain matin... une chambre qui commence a montrer une vetusté ( moquette tachée, tete de lit abîmée ainsi que le lavabo), mais une très bonne literie. TV avec uniquement chaine TNT, un seul ascensseur, un bar peu accueillant dans l'entrée... Bref, pas digne dun 3 étoiles.

Perfect, except ridiculous lift and rude response
Pros:

This is a typical Ibis right next to Orléans station and close to the historic area. It's everything you need and nothing fancy but clean and well located.

Here is the ridiculous part. There are 4 rooms where your room key will not allow you to access the lift security. Mine was one of these. I found out after checked in and tried to get back in the lift. The man behind the desk then said I have to approach the desk every time I need to use the lift. Not acceptable. His response was rude and unhelpful. Beware the bald man with glasses.

Chambre minuscule, comme la tv.
Air climatisé qui peine…
Assez propre, chambre un peu rénovée qui cache mal le fait qu’elle est vieillissante.

Pire point : la dame à la réception qui nous traite froidement et de manière rude en mentionnant que notre réservation est avec Expédia… sous-entendu que c’est moins payant pour eux et que nous somnes des sous-clients.

Petite nouvelle : sans Expédia nous n’aurions probablement jamais réservé votre hôtel, que cela vous plaise ou non. Alors changez votre entente avec eux ou votre attitude, mais ne faites pas sentir mal vos clients.
