Excellent hotel
Pros:

First time at this hotel and it was exceptional. Lovely room and comfortable bed and the staff were lovely. A couple of minutes walk to restaurants supermarket and bakery. Great location for the port too. Will definitely stay again 👌

Overpriced and not clean.
Pros:

The bed was comfy and good parking that was about it.

Cons:

The bathroom was very dirty, shampoo and soap was empty, room was cramped for a family room. Bathroom sink leaked everytime we used it. Staff were rude. If you wanted food it came in a jar and is heated and for that it was over priced. Breakfast area was very dirty and needed a deep clean. It was defo not worth the price we paid and was over priced fot what you got. The rooms didnt even have a kettle or anthing.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable

Cons:

Location meant we had to get a bus into the centre. It is located on an industrial estate. Nowhere to get a bite to eat.

Disappointed and out of pocket by 193 euros
Pros:

As the ferry didn’t run we never got to the hotel . After attempts to change the stay to the next day we were told it wasn’t possible and we were still charged

Cons:

The attitude of the hotel in nit changing by one day when a storm had prevented te ferry from sailing
