Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück ok, liegt direkt neben der Autobahn. Ok für die Durchreise. Restaurant Qualität nicht sonderlich gut

I had been to this hotel in the past and was very much looking forward to my return visit. I had booked half board as previously both the restaurant service and the food were acceptable, however having turned up to the restaurant at 19.10 (it opens at 19.00), I sat for half an hour waiting for someone to take my order. Finally, when they arrived the order was placed. A three course set menu, and a bottle of red wine. After 20 minutes no bread arrived. No water arrived. The starter of a green salad did reach me eventually. But still no red wine. I had now waited over an hour and only been given one green salad. I approached the manageress and told her that I could not wait any longer, and although I had opted for half board in advance, I certainly would not be paying for the following morning upon checkout for the meal that was not received. Although she was most helpful, the rest of her staff treated it all like some sort of joke.
Where has this chain gone wrong?
They were once trustworthy and reliable. You always knew what you were going to get, no matter where. Now an alternative will have to be found, as to spend nine hours in a car not knowing if you will be fed or watered upon arrival at your destination is unacceptable for any traveler.

Vi har ovenattet her en del gange og kan standarden er faldet der er meget beskidt i deres resturant, morgenmaden er slet ikke dom på andre Ibis hoteller værelserne er okay trænger til en opdatering der er ret nusset.
Vi plejer at være tilferedse men det er vi ikke denne gang.
Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ook meedenkend ivm glutenallergie. Prima overnachting gehad.
Super comfortable beds and clean rooms. Having a restaurant at the hotel is very convenient although it is very basic. Very friendly service.
Praktisk at hotellet ligger rett ved motorvegen og at det er ladestasjon for El-bil på stedet, samt gratis parkering.
Ekstremt dårlig rom. Lite, trangt, gammelt og slitt. Ingen håndklær på rommet, baderomsinnredning som holder på å falle fra hverandre. Gangene minner om en dårlig skrekkfilm. Har bodd på mange Ibis hotell, men dette var ekstremt skuffende, man hadde lyst til å kjøre videre fremfor å legge seg til å sove. Personalet snakket dårlig engelsk, så fikk ikke en gang kjøpt en flaske vann før avreise. Kommer ikke til å bruke dette hotellet igjen!

Un hotel étape tres sympa, propre, calme et accueillant. Bel espace piscine/terrasse pour se relaxer après la route.

Enige ergernis: ee groepje Duitse mensen met thermoskannen die doodleuk die kannen allemaal vulden voor onderweg. De een deed het met kopjes en dan 5 keer lopen, de ander gewoon bij de koffiemachine. Fijn voor andere gasten. Voor het overige niets dan lof
Absence de serviettes dans la chambre signalé sans présentation d'excuses. Mon paiement n'avait pas été noté, il m'a donc été demandé une seconde fois (heureusement que j'ai moi-même effectué la réservation, si cela avait été mon entreprise j'aurais payé une seconde fois). Une fois précédente on m'a également accusé de ne pas avoir réglé mon repas. Je n'y retournerai pas, je vais tester les autres hôtels de la zone. Cependant, à noter la propreté des chambres et couloirs, la qualité du petit déjeuné et la vitesse du service du restaurant le soir.
Je suis deja passé dans cet hôtel que j'apprécie beaucoup le personnel sympa les chambres agréables et les menus abordables

Séjour horrible, des bêtes volants et fourmis envahis la chambre, mal grès le changement de chambre, des bêtes partout dans l’hôtel,
Service petit-déjeuner médiocre,trouvé des poils dans le fromage. Tasse de café cassée, machine à café hors service, manque d’hygiène..
En général, l’état de l’hôtel est critique , l’ibis se dégrade .
levende insekter på værelset, mere end man burde forvente, de giver værelse på første sal til handicappede i rullestol, ikke smart når der ikke er elevator, personalet ved morgenmaden var rigtigt søde og hjælpsomme, men reseptionisten om aftenen var ikke særligt forstående og hjælpsom.
