Sehr enttäuscht, war mein letzter Besuch in diesem Hotel. Definitiv keine Option mehr für mich.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

1. Zimmer hat sehr schlecht gerochen.
2. Der Fernseher im Zimmer war defekt.
3. Das WiFi hat nicht funktioniert.
4. Weiche Matratze trotz vorzeitiger Anfrage für harte Matratze.
5. Bad war nur mässig sauber, Resthaare in Dusche.
6. Trotz Beanstanden der Mängel an der Rezeption wurde kein alternatives Zimmer angeboten.

La chambre loué pour 3 personnes avait que deux lit
J'ai du allé à la réception me pleindre pour en avoir une comme rêservé pour 3 personnes que j'ai enfin obtenu par la réceptioniste qui nous en à préparée une en catastrophe
Mon épouse voulait que nous partion car avec toutes les questions que vous m'avez posées avant de partir je n'imaginais pas trouver un telle surprise
Je pense que l'informatique ne remplaçera jamais le contact avec le personnel HUMAiN.

Big room, small standards.
Pros:

If your expectations are low, this hotel will probably not surprise you. The room was bigger than expected and relatively clean. Unfortunately, that is almost the whole positive part.

Cons:

Parking is advertised as hotel parking, but in reality many spaces seem to be occupied by local cars and nobody controls it. As a hotel guest, you end up driving around and hoping to find something. That should not be the guest’s problem.
The reception experience was also strange. The two ladies at the desk looked more focused on looking good for a date than actually running a hotel. Not rude - just completely disconnected from service and organisation.

Trying to eat something in the evening became almost surreal: no clear answer, no coordination - just a mess.

And when the toilet flush in the room stops working at 11:30 pm, you already know there is realistically no point even trying to solve the issue. After seeing the level of organisation in the parking, reception, and restaurant, you simply accept defeat.

Acceptable for a few hours of sleep. Nothing more - and the last time.
