Cons:

Personal an der Reception etwas 'seltsam', Auftritt des Herrn sehr 'leger' und etwas 'schmuddelig' . Weisses Unterleibchen gehören nicht an eine Reception. Polo oder Hemd könnte man sicher erwarten. Die Frau war adrett und gepflegt. Sehr gegensätzliche Erscheinungen. Schade...

Would have stayed longer if I could have.
Pros:

Good location a little bit out of the city which is great. Centre of Sion only a 5 minute drive away. Plenty of parking, room and facilities were clean. Good value for money.

Cons:

Nothing, great for the price you pay.

I enjoed my stay. Great location
Pros:

Room was clean. Comfortable but small. Nice mountain view.

Breakfast was good. Fast and simple. No egg dishes. More variety needed.

Reception was mixed. One staff not helpful, female lady yelow skin. Short answers only. Not frendly.
Portuguese male person was great. Very helpful and hospitable.

Cons:

I would suggest improving service and friendliness, enhancing the breakfast selection, and providing more room amenities. The hotel is expensive, and the service does not match the price.

Duschkopf halterung ist kaputt / kein safe im zimmer / clima geht nicht 24 grad im zimmer einfach viel zu warm / pancakes maschine seit glaube seit 2020 nicht mehr vorhanden leider

gut erreichbar mit dem Auto, nahe der Autobahn / gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel / Morgenessen ebenfalls tiptop

Cons:

zuerst ein Zimmer mit Zigarettengestank erhalten, dann ohne Probleme eine Alternatvie, jedoch mit fast vollständig verstopftem Ablauf im Badezimmer und kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche.

Gute Lage, 5' Gehminuten vom Stade de Tourbillon entfernt. Bahnhof und Zentrum in einer guten Viertelstunde zu erreichen, zudem Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Speditiver Check-In und freundliches Personal. Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sauber. Hotelbar bis Mitternacht geöffnet und ein Besuch wert. Preis/Leistung tiptop.
