Everything in the hotel room was great, the bed was OK, the view was beautiful, but the bathroom needs improvement; the shower was old and run-down. However, everything else in the hotel worked perfectly and the view was amazing.🙏🏻👌🏻

Pros:

I liked all of the services. Food and lobby were great.

Cons:

The new owners are doing a needed renovating the hotel. I was in an original room that had a smell from old carpet and curtains.

Très bel hotel bien situé au centre de Khon Kaen. Entouré de restaurants et proche d'un centre commercial. Très bonne literie. Très bon petit déjeuner avec d'excellentes omelettes.

Fick checka-in kl 12.00, vilket var glädjande efter lång flygresa. Stora rymliga rum, med både dusch och badkar. Bra frukost. Poolområdet var OK, dock lite slitet.

Cons:

Vi bodde på sjunde våningen och där hade det behövs dammsugas i korridoren. Två gratis vatten, sen tog dom rejält betalt för dom andra flaskorna. Stod tre öl i kylskåpet, vilka kostade 200 Bath styck. Så köp öl och vatten på 7/11 utanför.

Cons:

No smoking.
We had to go outside to a mosquito ridden smoking area with a broken bench for 2 to sit on with 10 other people around us. I understand the hotel doesn’t like smokers. If you are a smoker then don’t stay here. If not it’s very comfortable but you can’t open the window and there are no balconies.
