Cons:

Min røgalarm på værelse 319, gik i gang af 2 omgange.
Anden gang gik jeg ned i receptionen for at klage over den og der kom en hjælpsom receptionist og hjalp med at fjerne den.
Jeg ved godt at man ikke kan forudse den slags og at det naturligvis ikke som såden er hotellets skyld.
Men når man betaler 1400 kr, for en enkelt overnatning, og den slags sker, og der ikke er en eneste der beklager, eller lige anerkender det der er sket, så bliver man lidt øv.
For personalet er venlig og imødekommende.
Det er en lille ting, men en ikke særlig god oplevelse at ende ud med at røgalarmen går.

Hvor minder bliver skabt og genoplevet!
Pros:

Helt fantastisk service- og løsningsorienteret personale. Alle gik ekstra langt for at gøre vort ophold mindeværdigt. Super store værelser med flot møblering.
