Pros:

Das Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit viel Liebe vorbereitet und aufmersamen, freundlichen Service - nach so einem Start in den Tag bekommt man sofort guten Laune. Auch alle an der Rezeption leisten super Job. -Vielen lieben Dank.

Für 1-3 Tage völlig okay aber für 3 Sterne bisschen mehr an Ambiente.

Die Leute von der Rezeption war stets bemüht und freundlich

Cons:

Die Zimmer, bzw das Bad ist in einem etwas alten renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Fleckig und Toilette waren Abnutzungen von Keramik zu sehen. Die Dusche war etwas älter und die Gummidichtungen waren sehr rostig und verkalkt.

街中にも徒歩で近くなのでロケーションが良い。
空調が快適。
会議室を借りたり、カウンターでビールを飲んだりしたが、スタッフの対応がスムースで良かった。

Super Lage, freundliches Personal, Zimmer prima.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, Betten bequem. Wir waren schon mehrfach dort, weil es keine guten Alternativen in der Lage gibt.

Cons:

Eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre schön. Gerade in einer Suite gehört das eigentlich zum Standard, zumal die Anschaffungskosten überschaubar sind. Im Sommer sollte man versuchen, Zimmer zu bekommen, die nach hinten zum Hof gehen, damit man ein Fenster öffnen kann. Vor dem Gebäude ist es recht laut. Die Klimaanlage könnte besser funktionieren.

Perfekt für Stadtauenthalt, Personal sehr aufmerksam. Frühstück sehr gut.
Pros:

Beim Frühstück fehlte wirklich nichts! Mein Zimmer war schön groß, bequemes Bett, geräumiges Bad. Große Sauna und ein Fitnessraum, der fast rund um die Uhr geöffnet ist. Für meine Zwecke alles bestens geeignet. Insbesondere der Haustechniker war sehr, sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, was Aktivitäten im Flug und im darüberliegenden Stock angeht.

Leider sehr enttäuschend
Cons:

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer wirkte deutlich abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Im Bad waren sichtbare Schäden bzw. unsauber verarbeitete Stellen vorhanden, auch der Bereich um Fenster und Heizkörper machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Am Kopfteil des Bettes waren ebenfalls deutliche Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen.

Besonders negativ fand ich den Umgang mit meiner Bewertung: Nach meinem Aufenthalt wurde ich vom Hotel telefonisch kontaktiert und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass meine Bewertung bei Booking gemeldet werde, da diese angeblich „nicht in Ordnung“ sei.

Meine Bewertung entspricht meinen persönlichen Eindrücken vor Ort, die ich teilweise auch fotografisch dokumentiert habe. Ich hätte mir einen professionelleren Umgang mit berechtigter Kritik gewünscht.
