Very old and outdated facility . The so called upgraded room is as basic as a motel. 3 star is overrated!garage very narrow.

Perfekt, außer den weichen Matratzen
Pros:

Gutes Hotel, grosses Zimmer, nettes Personal, perfektes Parken in Tiefgarage, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Alles wäre perfekt, wenn die Matratzen nicht so weich wären. Mag Geschmackssache sein, ich hatte große Probleme, darauf gut zu schlafen.

Die Lage ist gut; direkt an der Grenze der Altstadt. Die Idee der Tiefgarage ist gut, - bei Parkgebühren an der Straße bis 23:00. Verkehrstechnich günstig gelegen.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist abenteuerlich und - vom Odenwald kommend - schlecht ausgeschildert. Das Frühstücksbüffet war beschränkt in der Auswahl. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers mit Steckdose, die nur aktiv ist, wenn im Eingangsbereich das Flurlicht brennt, schließt z.B. das Laden von Handy-Akkus über Nacht aus.

Pros:

Ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Der Straßenlärm war höher als erwartet und man kann nicht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, dafür hatte das Zimmer als Option eine Klimaanlage, welche leider bei uns nicht gekühlt hat.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel neben der Altstadt
Pros:

Das man von der Rezeption direkt zur Parkgarage fahren kann, und das man eine Flasche Wasser umsonst bekommt..

Cons:

Wir fanden die Betten etwas zu hart. Auch am Waschbecken könnte man zwei Haken anbringen für Handtücher. Das Frühstück war okay hätte mir aber gerne frische Brötchen gewünscht.

Idealer Aufenthalt für unseren Zweck (Verwandtenbesuch in der Nähe). Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Bäder sollten etwas saniert werden. Föhn in Raum 112 erneuern.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Cons:

Die Bäder sind dreckig und staubig, das Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen. Teilweise abgestanden und nicht frisch.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht und werden hier nicht nochmal buchen.
