very basic and worn out but good location.
Pros:

The location was very convenient.

Cons:

The apartment was worn out, the bathroom floor tiles had been painted some time ago and the paint had worn off in places and was mouldy elsewhere. There was no shower just a slippery plastic bath with a showerhead. The lounge was lumpy and very uncomfortable as was the mattress. The whole place needed updating. We just slept there and stayed away when we could. It was not cosy or pleasant at all. Also the hairdryer didn't work well. Nothing 'mansion like' about this place at all.

Great location, older rooms in need of a renovation, noisy facing the street.
Pros:

Location is right in CBD, great for walking.

Cons:

Sadly the apartment was older than exected and was in need of a renovation. It was expensive for the state it was in.

Pros:

Very spacious, clean and modern feel. Kitchen was well-equipped. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Very handy location for central Adelaide. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

There were a few stairs to navigate from the lift, which might be an issue for some but rooms available on lift floor.

Pros:

The apartment was spacious and modern in a wonderful character building. We were there for the Adelaide Festival and the apartment was central for everything including good restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

The afterhours traffic noise was distracting but a price to pay for the location.
