Location was great. You could walk to many of tourist destinations and food places. Trams and buses
Pros:

Room was very spacious, location excellent and staff very accommodating

Cons:

Sorry but the bed was not very comfortable. It was way too soft and partner disturbance was annoying

Comfortable, safe, and good position.
Pros:

Good position. Was there for Gather Round and easy to walk everywhere. It felt safe and secure

Cons:

Having a street facing apartment meant it was quite noisy which for a light sleeper which wasn’t ideal. The tv didn’t work well, had to retune to try to find channels 7 & 9 and even then it didn’t always find them. Windows need a clean.

Great location and huge apartments
Pros:

Friendly staff. Huge apartment and very clean. Great location in the heart of the city. Great facilities within the apartment.

Cons:

Reception not open weekends so could be problematic if you have issues.

Loved the location, though room & facilities are in need of an update.
Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

Room was dated. No staff present across the weekend. Parking option was expensive. With no facilities onsite not sure its worth $300 per night.

Great location and good space
Pros:

Right next to Rundall Mall, couldn’t be more central to shopping, museum and art gallery. Easy walk to lots of food options.
Good size apartment with all the facilities you need
Bathroom was lovey, lots of space but being off the lounge/kitchen is unfortunate!

Cons:

I am a light sleeper and our room was over the Main Street which was VERY noisy. Bins emptied and streets cleaned at 5.30am onwards!!
The furniture choices were strange - huge pieces for a small apartment. Massive dining table and chairs for 4 when apartment is only for 2
Sofa was the most uncomfortable one I have sat on in my life (and really small)

very basic and worn out but good location.

The location was very convenient.

Cons:

The apartment was worn out, the bathroom floor tiles had been painted some time ago and the paint had worn off in places and was mouldy elsewhere. There was no shower just a slippery plastic bath with a showerhead. The lounge was lumpy and very uncomfortable as was the mattress. The whole place needed updating. We just slept there and stayed away when we could. It was not cosy or pleasant at all. Also the hairdryer didn't work well. Nothing 'mansion like' about this place at all.
