Please note that Standard rooms will not accommodate extra beds so 2 adults and a child can only be accommodated in an upgraded or Superior room type. The Standard rooms will accommodate 2 adults max and 1 crib for an infant.

Clean room only downside I felt the horizon restaurant was slightly expensive

Relaxing, bliss
Pros:

Breakfast was one of the best we have had, staff were quick to sort out our issue with room, the spa was lovely

Disappointing regarding facilities

Good location for work related visit to the area

Cons:

The pool was out of action including the spa facilities on the day of arrival, the second day the pool was open but the spa facilities still out of action had I known Id have stayed else where

Overall, happy with the stay. Breakfast was very nice. Beds were comfortable.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the suite was a nice size. Its just a bit dated in general and could do with a refurb to modernise the place. The spa is ok too, 1x sauna, 1x steam room, 1x pool. The jacuzzi wasnt working working during our stay.

Cons:

Decor - could do with being modernised and some small/minor repairs were needed throughout the hotel.

I would come back again, it was suitable for our needs
Pros:

The location was ideal for where we wanted to visit ie designer outlet.

Cons:

Breakfast it was cold and not a lot of tables were available to sit.

Shame the jazzuzi was not work
