Hidden gem of a hotel in Ashford!
Pros:

Staff was really great and friendly. They made us feel welcome. They listened to my request of ground floor and gave us the perfect room. Very comfy beds. Facilities were clean. Swimming pool was nicely heated. Food was delicious too! the location is perfect because it is close to Port Lympne, Leeds Castle and Ashford outlet!! It was such a nice mini break! Will definitely go back here because of this experience! Thank you for treating us so well!

Cons:

Nothing!

Interesting
Pros:

Pleasant staff, clean well fitted rooms, good bed and quality bedding.

Cons:

It’s huge and dated and I felt like I was back at work in the 1990’s at a corporate business conference. And the man in the camo vest and shorts with the shaven head puffing on his vape in the front entrance nearly made me drive off before I’d checked in….

Execllent overnight stay before travelling on LeShuttle!
Pros:

Excellent location for Le Shuttle, open and light reception and dining area. Great swimming pool and restaurant for evening meal. Good options for breakfast too.

Cons:

Nothing, the hotel was great, I don’t understand why the score is so low.
