Excellent facilities. Shame about the noisy fellow guests!

All in all, perfectly acceptable....but not exceptional
Pros:

Reception area was impressive. Bar was ok but service was a little slow and somewhat uncaring. Bedroom and bathroom were very good. We did not take dinner at the hotel, nor did we take breakfast as it started to late for us.

Stairs and corridors in need of refurbishment

Pros:

Location was good - Close by to restaurant chains. Downstairs area was nice and looked after.

Cons:

Outdated rooms and SPA facilities - rooms were not as clean due to mould/hair. SPA facilities / changing rooms were also the same. Would not have expected such conditions in a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel for families
Pros:

Stayed here after a long, hot day at Port Lympne, very close by and easy to find.
Easy check in process , lots of nice seating areas to sit and have a drink, kids enjoyed the swimming pool . Dinner was really good as was breakfast.
