Please note that Standard rooms will not accommodate extra beds so 2 adults and a child can only be accommodated in an upgraded or Superior room type. The Standard rooms will accommodate 2 adults max and 1 crib for an infant.

Great stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, hotel clean, nice facilities, no far from where we were visiting

Cons:

The only thing was you could hear the road from our room.

A great place to stay when using the Eurotunnel
Pros:

The hotel is good value for money and convenient for the Eurotunnel. Evangeline in the restaurant was fantastic she looked after us brilliantly.

Enjoyable
Pros:

Staff are wonderful - friendly, welcoming and communicative. The property is well placed for Ashford Outlet Centre and for travel on Le Shuttle. Room was clean and functional, breakfast was plentiful (self service) and of good quality.

Cons:

A little impersonal, very busy with coach parties.

Pros:

Good size and quiet comfy room. Very nice breakfast

Cons:

Small bar for guests and functions. Both nights that we were there there was a convention on and the bar got very busy. There should be a separate bar for guests who are staying over.
