Please note that Standard rooms will not accommodate extra beds so 2 adults and a child can only be accommodated in an upgraded or Superior room type. The Standard rooms will accommodate 2 adults max and 1 crib for an infant.
Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities* including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.
Children's swim sessions at 09:00 > 12:00, and 16:00 > 19:00 each dayGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pool, size of the room, had a restaurant and little cafe
Having to pay £18 for parking-tv stated it was £16. Then struggled to get a space and nowhere to turn the car around so had to use bus entrance to exit. Empty crisp packet under the bed, hard bed with big wooden frame which I accidentally kicked, restaurant very slow.

Bed wasn’t super comfortable
Reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The room had air con and was on the ground floor.
Food was nice and good location. Used to be my favourite hotel to go too,!
Breakfast staff were rude and very unprofessional, they didn't' have any care and or seemed bothered many tables were left with previous guests plates etc, so when we came for breakfast we had to sit a dirty table as we had nowhere else to go! Coffee machine was more like a milk machine, Informed staff and they just laughed! Informed reception when checking out and given an email to put forward my complaint but I am still waiting. The upgraded room bath was unfortunately blocked so when you showered the bath filled with water! This wasn't discovered until the next morning! Also the top of the condioner was broken so I could use it, such a shame as the products smelt lovely but How could no one know it was very badly blocked!

No mini fridge in king size room that cost almost £100 per night
Towels were hidden in draw, leaving just one towel on the heater in the bathroom.
Parking is ridiculously limited with small parking spots, the tree branches scratched my car boot and couldn’t open till I drove forward and drove back when I got my things out of the boot.
Box to leave cards when checking out needs clear instructions on..met 2 people in queue waiting to check out. If instructions were clearer, they would have put the cards in the box and not wait.

Said we could pay for breakfast for the same price in the morning as check in and the lady at the restaurant was rude and charged us way more

Clean, good size room, good gym, pool
Breakfast was disorganized, not greeted (prob reason issue with tables), tables left dirty (had to clean one to sit down), cooked breakfast items not refreshed. No plug in bath, 3 attempts to find correct one.
