Staff were exceptional. A lovely warm and friendly welcome. Good location for the tunnel.

Cons:

The noise throughout the night was terrible — room and corridor doors were constantly banging, and you could hear movement and general noise from practically every room around you. It made getting any meaningful sleep almost impossible.

Lovely hotel, staff and location
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating in trying to locate family rooms near each other. Provided extra room free of charge as issues with booking and extra bed needed.

Great location for us

Cons:

The rooms are average. The upgrade email sent to me never worked. We booked this hotel months ago. Yet they gave us a tiny room which was not similar to the previous time, upgraded to a larger room!
