Had a great 2 night stay at the Ashford International, reception and bar staff were amazing. Shout out to Evangeline who was our waitress at dinner, very friendly and always had a smile on her face. We will definitely be back!

Great table service quick and polite
We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant and we were served by Evangeline, who went above and beyond for us, i have crohns which means i’m limited to what i can eat and she was so accommodating and helpful. This made the whole experience so welcoming. The meal was lovely. Would return again.
Ideal for when travelling with a dog and also proximity to the Eurotunnel, good fitness centre facilities and lovely welcoming
Rules have changed for dogs, not allowed to be in room on their own, even though inside the doggy bag on arrival there is a door hanger to say there is a dog in the room so DND.
Poor staffing in restaurant so took a while to order etc
Excllent service and evening meal at the restaurant. Thank you Breeze and the resaurant manager.
Great location and quiet
Staff are always helpful, nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, big bath tubs and decent clean spa facilities. Convenient location for supermarkets, motorway and Ashford shopping outlet. I have stayed here around four times, sometimes for four nights in a row for work, and will be back.
Lowering the score based on our experiences in the restaraunt. The breakfast tables are rarely laid up in time between guests so people end up taking the odd thing from other tables. There doesn't ever seem to be enough staff on at breakfast times to replenish the cutlery, milk, hot water for tea, bakery items etc.
Evening meal in restaruaunt is extortionate price for what you get. Cheap overcooked steak and a ration of olives. Very limited vegetarian options. I recommend eating out or getting delivery.
We had a quick check-in for one night. No breakfast since the supermarket was next door (and we are not big eaters in the morning).
The room was big enough and had everything present what was needed.
Showering in the badtub isn't the greatest thing ever. But luckily it was only for one night.
