The service was good, the rooms were clean and nicely designed, and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel also offers plenty of amenities, which would made the stay enjoyable overall.
Unfortunately, I encountered the same problem mentioned by several other guests. For some reason, the AC seems to be capped at a certain temperature or period of operation. After blowing mildly cool air for a while, it simply turns off completely, making it practically impossible to cool the room down.
I stayed during the summer heat, and this made spending time in the room extremely uncomfortable. From what I understood, the hotel presents this as an environmentally friendly measure. While I appreciate the idea in principle, air conditioning that cannot effectively cool the room defeats its purpose. Unfortunately, this one issue made an otherwise potentially pleasant stay feel miserable.
Schönes Hotel mit Wohlfühl-Ambiente. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und vielfältig. Die Straßenbahn fährt vor der Haustür ab und ist in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Straßburg.

Abbiamo trovato delle cimici nel letto, una situazione che considero assolutamente inaccettabile per un hotel. Dopo aver segnalato immediatamente il problema, ci è stata cambiata la stanza, ma ciò che ci ha lasciato ancora più increduli è stato l’atteggiamento del personale: nessuna vera scusa e, soprattutto, ci è stato detto che non sapevano se la nuova camera fosse pulita o sporca, ma che era l’unica disponibile.
Dopo aver trovato delle cimici nel letto, sentirsi dire una cosa del genere non è certamente rassicurante e dimostra una gestione del problema poco professionale.
Come ulteriore disagio, l’ascensore spesso non funzionava.

Kamer aan de voorkant, veel geluiden vanuit de straat. Een raam op,etten was hierdoor niet mogelijk.

Entretien de l’ascenseur, un accueil bruyant le soir, pas de place de poser son plateau et se servir au petit déjeuner.
L'ambiance, la décoration , le restaurant,bar au RDC du restaurant, le personnel à l'écoute et sa gentillesse, le déjeuner copieux et varié... Bref une bonne adresse
On peut se garer à proximité de l'hôtel,non payant le dimanche et jusqu'à 9h le matin.

Geen goede uitleg over het gebruik de parkeergarage waardoor het vertrek de volgende dag wat gedoe opleverde.

Sauberkeit, Frühstück war nichts besonderes, etwas mehr Auswahl und bessere Organisation wäre toll gewesen

La gestion et les informations d’accès au parking par l’accueil de l’hôtel. Passage obligatoire à l’accueil pour récupérer un badge d’accès à chaque entrée ou sortie de mon véhicule.
L’espace petit déjeuner est très agréable
