Très mauvaise expérience
Pros:

L'emplacement et la décoration.

Cons:

L'établissement semble davantage préoccupé par les économies d'énergie que par le confort de ses clients. La climatisation est volontairement limitée, ce qui rend les chambres peu agréables, surtout par fortes chaleurs.

Le plus regrettable reste toutefois l'attitude du personnel. Le sens du service et de la communication est clairement à revoir. On a parfois l'impression que le client est un problème plutôt qu'une personne à accueillir. Un minimum de courtoisie et de professionnalisme est pourtant la base dans ce métier.

Si le contact avec la clientèle est vécu comme une contrainte, il serait peut-être temps de se remettre en question. C'est dommage, car avec un meilleur accueil et une véritable attention portée aux clients, cet hôtel pourrait offrir une toute autre expérience. En l'état, je ne le recommande pas.

Cons:

Rapport qualité prix un peu excessif pour moi, par comparaison avec d'autres hôtel, équivalent pour moins cher. Je n ai pas trouvé de plus value, expliquant le prix.

Pros:

Beautiful designed Hotel, with a nice bar. The food (checken n'zest burger with sweet aptoto fries was really good. Romm was nice, modern and clean.

Cons:

500ml beer for 8€ seems a bit too much.

Quite good hotel with not good staff
Pros:

It was free cold water close to the lifts (good when the temperature is 40 degrees outside)
Good location restaurant and supermarket close).
Breakfast was good but not very good. Also the variety was quite small.
Hotel is next to tram stop.

Cons:

The staff was not good at all. A lady couldn’t provide an invoice as they promised (a simple version). When I booked they said yes. When I was leaving they said that they can’t do it.
They charged me for 3 nights and I had to tell them that I stayed 4 nights.
A receptionist was forgetting what I was telling her and was saying to me that she was tired!!!! I am customer, I pay and I want to have the agreed service. VERY SIMPLE.
Very simple toiletries and only one liquid used for hands, hair and body (the same).
Their response to booking messages was very slow (a few hours)

The hotel is fine and tidy, and reception staff are friendly.

I was woken up at 5 a.m. by loud music. At first I thought a call of a muezzin. A muezzin in Strasbourg? After 10 minutes I decided to go and investigate. I found that a member of staff in the kitchen, just below my room, had put on very loud music. I told him it had woken me up, and he apologised and turned it off. But I am still amazed how someone, especially a staff member, can put on very loud music at 5 a.m. inside a hotel building.
J'étais réveillé à 5h00 du matin par musique très fort. Au début je pensais que c'était l'appel d'un muezzin. Après 10 minutes je suis allé chercher l'origine. J'ai trouvé qu'un membre du personnel dans la cuisine, juste en-dessous de ma chambre, avait allumé la musique très fort. J'ai expliqué que la musique m'avait réveillé. Il s'est excusé, et il a éteint la musique. Je suis toujours étonné que quelqu'un, un membre du personnel en plus, peut mettre la musique très fort dans un hôtel à 5h00 du matin.

Goede ligging aan een (wel klein) stadspark. Mcdondalds in de buurt

Cons:

Het waren vrij kleine kamers die wat liefde nodig hebben. Het restaurant serveerde alleen een soort van snack kaart, terwijl eerdere recensies meerdere gerechten toonden. Alsnog genoten van een flammkuche
