Important information:

Hilton East Midlands Airport has now got its own exit off the J24 roundabout; this is the exit immediately after the exit for the A50 Stoke/Derby.

Please note that the hotel can only be accessed from J24 of the M1, also called Kegworth Interchange. Roads connecting to this interchange are M1 northbound and southbound, A453 from airport, A453 from Nottingham, a6 from Loughborough, A50 from Derby.

If traveling to the hotel and using a sat nav, we suggest searching for the hotel name in the ‘points of interest’ or ‘search’ section if your device has this feature. The hotel postcode covers a large area and can be imprecise on some devices.

Never staying again, really disappointed
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Room key mess up on arrival - receptionist not concentrating on us. We got the wrong room key (and it was miles away from reception). Think we were about to walk into someone else’s room. Ordered dinner in the bar. It was truly awful - unbelievably bad. Bar area was dirty, no-one clearing the tables. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Fabulous staff, wonderful hotel. Great pool.

Wonderful staff. Got us in early. Lego was available for the children to create and take away with them - super idea!

Very comfortable
Pros:

Everything neat and clean and tidy staff was helping quick service. I rang midnight for a fan and they gave me in five minutes. Everything neat and clean provide water tea, coffee milk, sugar everything in the room bathroom is neat and clean. Room was so nice. Stuff was so helping reception was so good the communicate really well. I really enjoy my stay there. I normally come and I always choose to stay in Hilton always wherever wherever I am other in London or Leicester so basically everything is fine good 10 out of 10.

No real complaints
Pros:

Dinner and Breakfast excellent. The room was spotless and comforable. The shower was great plenty of hot water. All in all no complaints. Staff were excellent and friendly

Cons:

Did not like the car park charge. It is my opinion when you pay for Room whcih i paid for two that should get you free parking
