Not in the best part of town but very nice hotel. Staff helpful, room clean, bed comfy and pool area very good.

The bed was 2 beds pushed together which is ok but there was a slight height difference between the two, also one of the beds had an spring slightly sticking up which had to be avoided, fed this back to reception when checking out but didn't seem that bothered
Staff were very friendly and made my stay amazing

room hadn't been cleaned in time but was quickly rectified and i was given a free drink at at the bar while i waited

Brilliant location, very helpful staff, smallish room but had everything we needed. Great breakfast, lots of choice and the bar had a very relaxed atmosphere. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were amazing. We would definitely go back again.
The lighting in the room was a bit poor and my small side table had a slight slant, resulting in my coffee slipping off and going all over the bed. We were a little let down by the fact that we wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi on our last day but it was out of use. The walls are a little thin.
Breakfast was fabulous lots of choice.
I got myself a coffee and juice and put on the table I had selected. I went to get my breakfast on return my drinks had been cleared from the table. I then had to leave my breakfast to go and replace my drinks.

Breakfast was excellent.
The beds super uncomfortable- mattress was too soft and worn out.
The staff did not come to clean the room till 4.00p.m. after I asked - just to provide refreshments.
SOA facilities the worst one ever.
Poorly maintained not clean only two beds and two chairs available. First evening jacuzzi was boiling hot you get raised heart beat, red skin and no one lasted one session there. Steam room barely working. When I asked about temperature I was told is over 40C as per recommendations.
Next day steam room was out of order. Jacuzzi was being repaired and after repairs the water in it was colder than in the pool. A club member made enquiry and was told it’s the recommended temperature (??) and it as only warming for about 5 min and stop.
When I informed staff hiw disappointed I am as I chose this hotel because of dos facilities the manager informed me I should not complaint as it’s a complimentary service and separate from the hotel . Nice one Crown Plaza.
I thought I could expect better.
The gentleman at reception was very chatty and gave recommendations for places to see. When he found out where I traveled from he made a comment how much he hates that place and how he could not live there and gave me a list of reasons. No comments.
I will not be staying there again and I would not recommend.
