The rooms are a bit dated, but happy to see a fan!

Spacious spotlessly clean and comfortable room with air con. The room included hairdryer, iron/board, fridge, overhead hanging light shades, separate space to make drinks, safe, separate work desk with chair, arm chair, blackout curtains and the decor and furnishings were lovely. The bed was very comfortable with good quality pillows. Breakfast was the best I've ever had there was everything you could possibly think of available. The staff were great and the location just steps away from everything Nottingham has to offer and if you do want to explore further the tram is on the doorstep just near the Theatre Royal.

Room was very small, no where to put anything, The tea and coffee station was on my bedside shelf.
The worst thing though was the Air con not working and there was a heat wave. very hot in room for 2 nights.
House keeping did bring us a fan though, but it was noisy

One Lift broke
This hotel is in a great location right in the centre of town. All the staff we interacted with were superb and it was cheap.
The room was very small, the hotel is a little tired and when we were there, only one lift was working and that didn't go all the way to the ground floor. My main gripe however, would be that on booking.com it states that they have private parking, which is why we chose it, so we would have safe parking for our motorcycle. It turns out that the parking is in fact in a public multi storey carpark joined to the hotel and in no way private.
