it was very close to the centre
gog a bit confused with the lifts
The rooms were small
got in the lift on 2nd floor to go to ground floor , went up to 8 down to 4 up to 7 where it stopped and would not move, on a very hot day we had to walk all the way down. completely spoiled may stay.

Noisy air con
Air conditioning is not working so given a fan. Sleep affected and so if I had known it was not working, and considering the price, I would have stayed somewhere else.
Staff were lovely though.
Young children kicking a football in the breakfast area not asked to stop. They were noisy.

We asked 3 times for our air con to be fixed .

We also asked if we coukd have either a mattress topper or different mattress as tte one in there had big dip in but one didn't appear.
Breakfast amazing choice and delicious, comfortable beds, great location, staff fantastic.very clean
We had air con issues which everyone appeared to be having which meant on both nights I woke up desperate to get cool. It would have been great to have used the hot top but this was being refreshed still at 0930 on Sunday morning.
