staff are totally amazing at this resort. The beach is amazing and so are the pools. It can be challenging for children

The beach is beautiful and so is their location. Many of the other hotels are on hills and require a lot of climbing to get up to their facilities. However, you need to be careful about what room you get at this property.

Cons:

we were originally put into a two bedroom penthouse, LPH2 and bats frequent the place in the evening and there is bat poop there daily basis the hotel moved us to another two bedroom, but it was not together. It was one room up and one room down, and we ended up having to pay more so very important. You choose your room carefully. I would highly recommend the room rooms that are on the beach.

Es un hotel de primera clase, estoy muy contento con el mantenimiento y atención que se recibe me gustaría que mejoren en el menú del restaurante y veo elevados los precios con respecto a las porciones.

Cons:

El precio de la comida en los restaurantes elevado el servicio del taxi al aeropuerto excesivo me gustaría que dieran ese servicio incluido seria un plus.
Un precio especial para cliente frecuente me gustaría.

A truly exceptional stay in every way — we look forward to returning again soon.
Pros:

We had the most fantastic time at the Thompson Zihuatanejo. This was our third time staying here, and once again it exceeded all expectations. The food was incredible, the location is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were warm, attentive, and made our stay feel truly special. We can’t wait to come back again.

Cons:

There were honestly no negatives from our time at the Thompson Zihuatanejo. It really is a spectacular place in an equally spectacular location.

Excelente opción de sentir que tienes casa en la playa.
Pros:

La ubicación frente al mar, inigualable. Los alimentos y el servicio excelente. El cuarto muy cómodo. Las instalaciones bonitas.

Cons:

La playa es pública, así es que frente al hotel pasa gente de todos lados. Desafortunadamente, nos robaron unas sandalias uno de los días.

Die Anlage ist traumhaft. Ruhig, exklusiv, sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Cons:

Das einzige was uns wirklich überrascht hat, war der extrem hohe Preis für den Shuttle-Service. Das vierfache (!!) eines normalen Taxis. Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir den Service nicht in Anspruch genommen.
