Double room with adjoining doors was really great. Beds were comfy. Nice plugs for charging phones. Good hot water. Feelings of safety. Nice staff.
The heat did not work in one room so we had to move rooms. Also the lobby smelled like toilet for some reason. No free shuttle service to airport.
L’emplacement.
Les équipements dans la chambre, la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas et il manquait une lampe de chevet. Du coup, on avait pas assez de lumière dans la chambre. Et malgré le signalement de ce problème, aucune solution n’a été proposée malheureusement.
Baliepersoneel vriendelijk/correct. Goede locatie en 'privé' parking tegen betaling. Ruime kamer.
Personeel bediening eerder niet geïnteresseerd. Diner (buffet) was eerder miniem en niet de verschillende keuzemogelijkheden die op de menukaart stonden bij het betreden van het restaurant (er was zelfs geen keuzemogelijkheid). Aan het ontbijt werd quasi niet aangevuld (+/- 20 minuten wachten voor er brood werd aangevuld).
De vuilbakken en asbakken waren bij onze aankomst (late namiddag) vol. Toen wij 's morgens vertrokken nog steeds niet geledigd.

Problème de facturation de restaurant et incompétence de la réceptionniste qui n’a toujours pas transmis la réponse et la facture !!!
