Pas de frigidaire dans la chambre pas de téléphone pour joindre la réception pas d ascenseur pour aller du parking à l hôtel avec des valises ce n eta pas évident bref pas le standing d’un 4 étoiles

Für den AIRPORT- transfer muss man sich eine App runter laden. QR- Code und dann alles selber organisieren...
La chambre, son équipement, la literie, l’insonorisation de la chambre ainsi que la climatisation, ok pour nous.
Pas de climatisation dans le restaurant. On nous a servi des plats réchauffés, buffet à 30€ sans entrée ni dessert, l’attente à l’a vieil pour être servi.
Chambre calme.
Check in autorise à 14h. Je me présente à 18h45 et on m’annonce que ma chambre ne sera pas prête avant 1h ! Clim HS alors que nous sommes en pleine canicule (ce pour quoi j’avais choisi cet hôtel). La réception m’a répondu qu’il n’y avait plus de technicien le soir. Le lendemain quand je me suis plainte on m’a juste offert le pdj. Vu le prix payer je n’y remettrai plus les pieds!
Le lit
Une seule brosse à dents pour 2 personnes, pas de crèmes de toilette et pas de fer à repasser.
Es gab eine gute Auswahl am Frühstück.
Busstation beim Hotel, daher gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
La literie de la chambre est confortable
Proposer de l’eau minérale dans la chambre pour un accueil chaleureux serait apprécié
