Pros:

We had a Suite. Nice to have a separate living space to lounge in. Comfy big bed. Access to Exec lounge area.

Cons:

Air conditioning only blew cold air.
Bit dark, could do with a fresh coat of paint and a new carpet.
Exec lounge was unfortunately undergoing some maintenance, not conducive to sitting and relaxing.

The lifts had maintenance on so the remaining ones were always full and took ages to get up and down floors

Staff were exceptional, great hosts.

Cons:

Food and drink was on the more expensive side in comparison to other areas of Glasgow. My wife had the lassagne for dinner and it was cold on the outside not hot but the middle was hot enough to eat, we didnt complain, the dining area was noisy and busy but tolorable. With regards to the room, the air conditioning was noisy but tolorable.
We left earlier than expected.

Great stay, would recommend
Pros:

The beds were comfy and the location is truly amazing for the OVO Hydro. Breakfast is solid with a lot of choices and the bar is a really convenient option. There is a nice area to get ready and the bathroom was nice and clean. Car park is convenient and a great addition too.

Cons:

Not much to fault really, the lifts are sometimes a bit slow and some of the staff could’ve been friendlier

The Staff were friendly and extremely helpful at times. Unfortunately same can't be said for catering staff

Cons:

I was unable to eat breakfast the entire time I was there. I'm allergic to mushrooms and guests were mixing the utensils and contaminating the food. I did speak to reception who said if I come back the following day they would cook me a fresh one every day unfortunately according to the catering staff the chef refused so I was left with nothing.

Great location and hotel spoiled by issues with lifts.

Great location and views. Big and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The lifts. One was out of order (as usual!). When your room is on the 14th floor it is very inconvenient and time consuming. And the work being done was very noisy from 8.30 in the morning.

Also the lifts were shocking. Big queues waiting for lifts. We were on the 15th floor and the lifts stopped at every floor on way down even when no one on that floor
