Check in was really easy and friendly. The room was really clean and well stocked.
The shortage of lifts could be a problem. the food was not as good as on previous stays.
Still my favourite place to stay in glasgow, the upgrades are fairly priced and make our stay extra special
The only thing I could critique are the lifts, the two working lifts stop on every floor and take a good 15 minutes to get to your chosen floor so leave plenty of time if you're in a rush.
