It was a pleasant stay but a few things were wrong in the room and i think its overpriced
Pros:

room had nice view and ample space was clean and tidy

Cons:

the room was cold and the heating didn’t work.
the sink was blocked and drained really slowly.
For £119 it was value for money

Very enjoyable stay with all the excellent staff members adding to the experience
Pros:

Staff were super friendly. Accommodation was very clean. Dinner and breakfast were enjoyable.

Cons:

Didn’t like being chased when leaving restaurant to pay for dinner! Should be made clear that they require credit card details at reception and it doesn’t automatically get added to room bill. Room was booked through booking.com

This venue has lost 15 years of almost perfection in one shot the horror is the Desk didn't care
Pros:

The bar and restaurant servers were exemplary, it was a buffet service so it is what it is, not in anyway a treat but at £60 , you get what you pay for, So Hoo Humm.
The room was large clean and as expected , my family has stayed here many times over 15 years.

Cons:

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Glasgow on Sunday 18 October (booked through Booking.com) and have been a loyal guest for many years, so I'm writing with real disappointment.

During dinner, we noticed we had been undercharged by £60. We pointed it out straight away, as we would always want to be honest with a hotel we value.

Unfortunately, our stay itself fell short. We were given a room next to the lifts, which was noisy through the evening. We were then woken early this morning by banging and drilling from work on the lifts. We were not warned about the works when booking or at check-in. As a result, we left several hours before our noon checkout time. We appreciated the noon check out as such ,we had planned to complete our visit with lunch in the restaurant.
Obviously due to the hilti drilling and the following hammering, we checked out and went to a more civilised venue.

The hotel offered to refund our £12 parking, which we declined, and then credited £12 of IHG points to my account. I appreciate the gesture, but it doesn't reflect the disruption to our stay.

great location when attending the SEC or Hydro
Pros:

Perfect location when attending a concert at the OVO hydro. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere.
Room comfortable and had a good view. Great staff on reception, always attentive and helpful

Fabulous hotel everything we needed good was amazing we’d definitely return
Pros:

Huge bedroom with two double beds every facility we needed great view of the river, breakfast was spot on

Cons:

Only thing was our room was close to the lifts so it was quiet noisy until midnight

Nice hotel but…..
Pros:

I had a nice room and the bar and restaurant facilities were good. Breakfast was good

Cons:

My colleagues didn’t get the rooms they booked but this was sorted out once we told them but shouldn’t have needed too. Rooms were not serviced every day. Diet Coke can left in room. I don’t drink Diet Coke. Drilling for new lifts most of the day. Food and drink extremely expensive and not very good
