The property is stunning in general. We were in a club room on the 15th floor and the views were unreal. The club lounge was a nice touch but certain things only available between 6-8 which didn’t fit in our times for going out for dinner. Spa included.
Staff by far the best I’ve had at a hotel! Friendly, welcoming and nothing a hassle.
The pool etc are nice but very standard “health club” nothing really special about it.
Not the hotels fault but work is ongoing on the lifts and this meant the lifts were really loud during the night in our room. Like really really loud. But again not a slight on the hotel as this is outwith their control.
Everything the staff & especially Angela
Nothing !
Room was comfortable and spacious with side view of river , which was nice. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Having carparking at reasonable rate was fantastic.
The food we had in the bar area was poor quality and really feel they could do this alot better.
Location was excellent close to trian station
Amazng cocktails
Not good if your gluten free. Avoid
Everything
Nothing
Location, and cleanliness
Room next to the lift so heard everything
Great local
Air con doesn't work mattress old and very uncomfortable
Comfy beds, high pressured shower and room service available 24/7. Helped to get food ordered to our room after a long day of travelling which was great rather than going out and finding somewhere.
Location is a little awkward, breakfast spread wasn’t bad but lacking options, glazing on the bath wearing away, paid £530 for a view of the roof for the weekend.
Fantastic loved every aspect
It was spacious , comfortable and a great location.
I liked everything
We met the friendliest and most helpful receptionist ever. We will never forget him. The hotel was nice and comfortable. We liked the size of the room.
We heard a lot of unpleasant noise in the room during the night. It may have been caused by the elevator. It was disturbing.
Good price, nice room, very nice staff, nice pool and good variety at breakfast.
Only one small thing which could be rectified easily.
All waiters and bar staff when clearing or cleaning tables slide any crumbs or small particles of food straight on to the floor with no attempt to collect and bin them. Not really what would be expected of a high end hotel.
The staff were lovely, there was plenty room in the car park, it was nearby places to eat, the room had air conditioning and a fan, tea and coffee facilities, the shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. is all provided and smells divine, the food and selection at breakfast was fantastic, we could use the pool, sauna and jacuzzi at no extra cost, the stay was only £52 each for the night, we could check in from 3pm and check out was 12pm (I think). Many hotels make you arrive later and leave sooner.
The pillows weren't very comfortable
