Excellent location for the Hydro. Reasonable 24 parking.
Meals in restaurant weren’t so great and expensive for what we had. The hotel has lost some of its sparkle since previous visits. They have a lot of competition in the area now and I will be exploring these options for future stays.
What really stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Every person we were served by was cheerful and welcoming, especially the staff in restaurant.
Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Food and drinks are great. Beds very comfy and plenty room in bedrooms to move about. Also great views from room windows. Spa is great would highly recommend

Room was lovely great view. Staff were very pleasant. Reception staff especially as my husband had a small medical issue and a member of the team gave us some plasters to help. Very grateful.
