Good central location
Only thing is the on going work outside that makes the hotel look tired, however once inside it’s lovely.
Room was clean and quiet and equipped with a large TV and fridge.
Easy to walk into the centre from there.
Great to have parking for a full day, although not all spaces were easy to navigate.
The bathroom was a little dated with a small shower head.
Pillows too hard.

We weren't informed there was building work going on - it was very noisy from around 7:30am

The link bridge to the conference centre was seemingly not working which was a minor detractor.
Also the drinks are quite expensive in the bar but other than that its a great spot for a conference!
Stayed 3 nights, on first night our room was heavily infested with cloth moths (in towels, curtains and around the room). We were moved, but the second room had a broken lock on an interconnecting door to another guest room, which could not be secured overnight. This felt very unsafe. Staff told us we would receive a refund due to the issues, but at checkout we were told this had not been recorded by management and nothing could be done. We also now have dry-cleaning costs due to the moth infestation. Overall very upsetting and poorly handled.

Hotel was in a great location with added bonus of having car park connected to it
Staff could of been a little more friendly as we thought the girl who served us in the bar was a little rude and seemed her and her colleague were too engaged in their own conversation to pay more attention to dirty glasses on a lot of tables etc

Signage for car park was poor from the road until the car park was located, passed access road twice before locating it,with a large sign above the entrance
Location was fine but it was like a building site with scaffolding wrapping the front of the hotel.
Very unsightly.
But we were provided with a room with the view completely obstrutted with scaffolding and the sound of workmen from 8am.
We were never made aware of this extensive work and would not have booked this hotel if this was disclosed prior to the booking.
Two nights with early morning morning banging and bashing of scaffolding outside the window.
Not a good nights sleep.
