Lifts not great do what they want to going up instead off down ,breakfast we pay for but didn't have due to small area, big ques needs sorting a time for rooms to pick be better for the staff and guest to suit them when u are on a break

Only 2 charging points for elec cars in this day and age is poor. Topped off by Utterly scandalous charging costs. if you want to charge an electric car. Already paying £15 to park then absolutely fleeced at 20 times the price of home charging. Even more than I pay in London. Seriously Puts me off staying. Cost £60 to put 100 miles on the car
