The rooms were lovely like always and the staff do friendly

Cons:

The shower over the bath. My elderly mum couldn't use it. I need to remember to request for a walk in shower next time

Great 4 night stay - loved the pool
Pros:

Location to train station and other sites

Cons:

The Breakfast food was amazing and great choices but the Bain-Marie food like eggs, bacon and mushrooms could have been kept at a hotter temperature 🤔

What could be improved are the pillows 👎

Bedroom was lovely and bed comfortable
Pros:

Good range of Breakfast buffet

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was cold even what was meant to be hot wasn't
No almond milk or other choices of milks only cows milk, not good for people who are vegan or vegetarian.
The car park was ridiculous, far too small and tight for those of us with SUV or bigger
