Cons:

Ordered a twin room but was given a double room.No point complaining as reception was chaotic with guests being given wrong rooms etc
Poor breakfast with poor ingredients.Food was cold and tasteless
No late bar for a nightcap

Expensive price charged due to sport event at Cardiff City Stadium

I like the location and the buzz about the hotel.

Cons:

Being checked in as the wrong customer. Someone else with the same name as me. Having to move rooms because of this. The Work hub was poorly run with nothing on offer really in their for the price. £300 a day very expensive. I had room service both nights. The first night my peperoni pizza was the worst pizza I have ever tasted. Greasy and the peperoni was more like thick cut spam. My meal the second night was better.

4* Hotel? No, kids leisure centre

The staff, they were lovely

Cons:

Where does one start...? 1) Nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom, nor place toiletries. One had to place the towel on the floor when using the shower. 2) The walls were paper-thin, so we slept little. Beds and pillows were awful and uncomfortable. 3) Stayed 2 nights. Put on the door "please refresh room/change our towels/replenish coffee" around 9 am, yet despite 4 requests and 5 returns to the room, at 2.30 pm the room still hadn't been cleaned. We eventually gave up, went without coffee and used the same poor quality towels.

Upon arrival, it felt like we were staying in a school's leisure centre, and it wasn't what we expected. Will not be returning

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned, the towel rail was missing, there was no privacy curtain. If there is no room service cleaning that should be made known, at the bar maybe a sign to say we only serve at this area
