No air-con in rooms which for the cost to stay here is ridiculous and in 30°C heat the rooms were very uncomfortable. having to pay for parking in the hotel car park is criminal! Overall value for money was lacking massively.
Staff were reassuring and offered us a variety of facilities within the hotel.
Online it states that the pool and gym are open until 11pm. However, does not specify that families with children are not able to swim past 5:30pm. We have been to prior hotels where they allow everyone staying at the hotel to access the pool until closing time. This was disappointing as my son chose this hotel to stay for his 10th birthday and this was not clear on the advertisement nor on the facilities within the hotel. We were only told this by staff.

Only real problem we had was the room was too hot to be able to sleep even with the fan we only managed a couple of hours due to the heat.
Had a really lovely stay here, room was lovely and we had everything we needed. Really enjoyed a couple of drinks sitting outside in the sunshine too.
Bat was very noisy & crowded. Pool was full of kids & swimming lessons - gym was crowded & full of teenagers

Disgusting customer service.
Having stayed at this hotel many times on business, as usual my stay was pre paid on my credit card. This stay was pre-authorised as a 4 night stay. On the second day I informed the hotel that the final day was no longer required.
I was told this was fine and the booking was amended.
On checkout I received an invoice showing that the final days payment would be refunded. However this refund has never been paid.
I have made contact several times with the hotel who refuse to pay the refund, their reason being that their own staff failed to amend the booking correctly. (Not sure how that is my fault)
The Issue has now be escalated to my bank to retrieve the funds that way.
