Couldn’t of included a little extra and on the “news paper on bed” states free parking but actually charged £5 for parki

Pros:

Donna on reception is great - real asset

Cons:

Was no breakfast - at weekends and bank holidays this started at 8am - that was too late for our plans.
Hotel has changed a lot since last stay 10 years ago - feels very young and sparse - not many plans to hang out and chat

It was a reasonably priced stay . Bar man especially friendly and helpful when we arrived at 1.30pm

Cons:

Really disliked having to be down for breakfast before nine as I sometimes don’t sleep well and most hotels are serviced before 10 am . The room was nice but had no cup for holding toothbrushes , and a complimentary bottle of water would have been super helpful, as I had nothing to take medication with or make coffee . I nearly slipped twice on the slippery floor and shower floor .. very unnerving .

Great Event with a few niggles.
Pros:

Lovely staff and nice food at our event. Bar service was prompt typically inflated hotel prices though. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in the breakfast room were outstanding.

Cons:

A ripped sheet on the bed, a confusing car park in places. Not the easiest of places to find even with a Satnav.

Staff brilliant and friendly only downside was the single bed,
Pros:

Gym was good, room was nice and clean and food was good

Cons:

Single beds and the noise of people opening and shutting doors after midnight when I had an early rise for Hyrox but otherwise the hotel and staff was brilliant
