lovely place
Pros:

Lovely and helpful staff. Parking can be hard if you have a big car as it’s underground. Comfortable stay . Amazing pool and spa area. The family really enjoyed it

Jako uslužno i ljubazno osoblje. Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji za razgled grada pješke, iako u prometnom dijelu grada buka se uopće nije čula. Ispred hotela je stanica metroa. Krevet odličan. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good stay with many activities in Paris
Pros:

Nice hotel located on the borders of the 15th district. So, not very close to attractions but was relatively well connected via underground/Metro line 12. The entrance to metro was just 30 meters from the hotel. Opposite the hotel, there is also very good boulangerie "Les Fournils de France" where we ate decent breakfast.

Cons:

At the check-in the hotel blocked almost 200 EUR deposit for whatever reason. We declared that we would not take advantage of breakfast or any other amenities. It was unlocked a week after our stay.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias. El hotel es chulísimo, una pena no haber estado más tiempo

Algunos empleados no hablan español ni inglés. Hemos tenido que comunicarnos con ellos por el traductor. Tampoco tiene nevera en la habitación

Chambre très classique, tapisserie arrachée vraiment pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles, l’état du spa, nous sommes arrivés au spa, il y avait des serviettes à traîner, une bouteille en verre cassée, le distributeur de savon explosé par terre dans la douche sensorielle, plus de savon dans la douche, n’espérer pas avoir d’intimité dans les vestiaires non plus.
J’avais demandé le matin si il était possible de récupérer la chambre pour 14h, nous avons finalement pu la récupérer qu’à 14h25.
Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel

Wspaniały pobyt z rodziną w Mercure Hotel
Pros:

Hotel bardzo ładny, z klasą, z pięknym kameralnym basenem i strefą spa. Wszędzie czyściutko. Przesympatyczna obsługa hotelu, wszyscy pomocni i uśmiechnięci, począwszy od recepcji, jak i pracowników obsługi śniadaniowej.
Kontaktowałam się w trakcie pobytu z recepcją kilka razy i za każdym razem otrzymywałam profesjonalną odpowiedź i to w szybkim czasie. Jako gość czułam się zaopiekowana.
Na śniadaniu produkty organiczne, bardzo smaczne, aczkolwiek super gdyby było choć troszkę więcej warzyw, np. sałaty.Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, dokładnie i solidnie.

Cons:

Drobne braki jeśli chodzi o zaopatrzenie/funkcjonowanie pokoju np. nie dokładanie papieru toaletowego, w pokoju moich rodziców z kolei nie był na czas uzupełniony żel pod prysznic. Mieliśmy też drobny kłopot w połowie pobytu ze słuchawką od prysznica, woda leciała za delikatnie, nie zgłaszaliśmy tego, bo umyć się dało, ale skoro podczas wystawiania opinii mogę to zgłosić to korzystam z tej opcji by hotel mógł to sprawdzić dla kolejnych gości:) Pozdrawiam serdecznie, dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt i mamynadzieję, że pewnego dnia tu wrócimy :)

Le spa était sympa même si le jacuzzi était hors service

Le lit bébé ne se montait pas correctement, trop dangereux pour y mettre notre enfant de 2 ans
Pas de réactivité au niveau du personnel, juste un constat et qu'ils avaient prévenu la direction mais que ça ne change rien.
Le sèche cheveux ne marchait pas
