Problem z windą w której utknęliśmy z cala rodzina a moja córka ma klaustrofobię i nie otrzymaliśmy pomocy od personelu pomimo krzyków i nacisku alarmowego.
Poza tym pokuj który zarezerwowałem był na cztery osoby a przygotowany tylko dla dwóch.
Cena za jedną noc bardzo wysoka jak na taką organizację i podejście personelu
