Holiday Inn London - Shepperton by IHG

Came for the princess Alice and rotary clubs annual fashion show. Absolutely amazing and great service from Neeraj on the bar!

I stop here every week with work and can’t fault the hotel. The reception staff ( Lucie, Tea and Celine) are always very welcoming and friendly. The bar staff are also great. Rooms are clean and tidy, best hotel in the area.

We ran a course for 15 delegates in the best conference facilities I’ve seen in ages. Neeraj looked after every detail and helped make the 2 days run smoothly

I had a great dining experience at the Holiday Inn restaurant - WINGS. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff (Reagan and Melroy) was attentive. The food was truly amazing—each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The cocktail were amazing with a great presentation. The highlight for me was the succulent fish and chips and the loaded nachos . Overall, a fantastic place for a satisfying meal. Highly recommend

Location is beautiful, very nicely cozy building. The rooms are also really nice with different amenities. I think for the weekend stay it is worth the value as it is very clean and if you need anything the staff are willing to help. Very minimal noise so you can get a great quiet sleep. They have a pool and gym but was unfortunately unable to use due to maintenance. Also to add Sheetal one of the staff was very accommodating as she showed us around at breakfast showing us how everything is and made sure we had everything. Thank You.

the hotel has a large carpark, the entrance is a bit slippery tho. I met Celine by the desk, she was always smiling and always professional and welcoming. The gym was well equipped too.

The staff are extremely helpful all round, the hotel is situated in a really nice spot, the food is great and everybody from Ishack, to the front of house staff and waiters cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Excellent!!

Stayed here for the past week and had a good experience. Had food from the restaurant served by Saleem , rosy and ankit and had a good experience.

Salesman, Rosy and Ankit always provide excellent service. Really friendly and super helpful. I've been staying for 2 months now and they haven't dropped the ball once!

Was a great experience and it is close to shepperton station but I don’t recommend to walk to hotel from the station

Really enjoyed the service, range of food is very good, lily was a really attentive waitress.

You have Alison and Paula always chitter and make you feel like you are the only person in the hotel
But this is all the staff I have only mentioned the ones I can remember there names
I have been staying here for the past 6 months and they have made me feel like it’s home

We had a family gathering and booked 4 rooms, we all had a lovely swim then headed of to the restaurant for something to eat Tatiana was so helpful with our order for food and the little people loved her nothing was too much trouble.
Saleem and Khajadra bought the food out and it was lovely and hot also very tasty we then had to order more, must be one of the best Holiday inns we have stayed at will definitely be back

I stayed at the Holiday Inn London Shepperton as a solo guest and it was my first time visiting. I went to the bar and received amazing service from Lily. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel really comfortable straight away. She was attentive, helpful, and clearly cared about giving great service. Lily truly made my experience so much better.

Excellent service must include Rosy and Rena and Saleem their professional manner stood out during my meal big thank you
