On entry I am always greeted with wonderful smile from TEA. She is always polite helpful and very understanding. For being a young person at front of house and dealing with all sorts of issues. I have never seen her stressed. Well done keep up the good work and keep smiling

The real soul of this place is the people. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to making you feel welcome. I want to give a massive shout-out to:

Ishak (Hotel Manager): A true professional who leads by example. He is constantly visible, greeting guests with a warm handshake and making sure everyone is happy. It’s clear his leadership sets the high standard here.

Tea: Such a lovely, sweet person! She is incredibly attentive and always seems to be right there the moment you need anything at all.

Celine: Her service is simply outstanding. She is proactive, efficient, and was right there whenever I needed a hand with something.

Waleed: What can I say? This guy is just a total legend! His personality and energy really made the stay memorable.

Comfort & Peace of Mind

The room was impressively spacious and the bed was so comfortable I actually struggled to get out of it in the morning! One of the best parts was how quiet the hotel is; there were no noisy corridors or outside distractions, just perfectly peaceful nights and a proper night's sleep.

Leisure Centre: The facilities are great, and the sauna and steam room are amazing—the perfect way to decompress.

Dining: There is a fantastic selection of food available.

WiFi 6 is available too so speedy internet. Much better than previous stays

Final Verdict: If you are looking for a stay where you are treated like family rather than just a room number, this is the place. Between the peaceful rooms and the world-class team, I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Great stay for business, comfortable and great staff

Check in good. Carried bags to room on third floor as lift out of action. Food very very good but huge portions. The nacho starter could have been a main meal. Very friendly staff especially nadeem nothing to much trouble. Room clean and welcoming although sur con did not work.

Came here for a work trip. My colleagues were bogged down with heavy trolley and several bags. Waleed on reception was exceptional!!! Nothing was too much hassle for him, he even assisted us with parking and timings of all of the hotels facilities as we were working irregular hours. He even went the extra mile to ensure the luggage was taken to our rooms, really welcoming us and insured we had everything we needed. A credit to the staff here. 5/5

Nadeem in the restaurant was fantastic.

Exalent stay at the holiday inn as always has to be one of my favourite of the holiday inn I have stayed at. The staff are always so friendly and helpful especially as I work nights and arrive late there is always 24 hour food avaliable which makes it very good for working nights or lates. Ishak and the reception team are very good and always happy to help and needs and strive to make the stay as best as possible.
The food menu in the restaurant is one of the best menus that I have seen in all the holiday inns I have stayed at. They have a good variety of snacks at the bar that also makes it good.
Breakfast is always amazing what makes it better is the friendly chef Cliffe who has been here as long as I can remember. He's always willing to go above and beyond as ask if there's anything extra you want for breakfast unless I'm just special!

Location was stunning. Rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable.
Staff were unforgettably kind especially Waheed & Abdullah, they created a warm and welcoming atmosphere and were extremely helpful!! We will definitely be back !!!

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn London – Shepperton and once again had such a fantastic experience. The location alone is a real highlight — set along the Thames, the surroundings are absolutely stunning, with peaceful, picturesque views that make it feel like a true escape from the busy city. It’s one of those places where you instantly relax the moment you arrive.

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained. The rooms are immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and furnished to a very high standard. Everything feels comfortable, modern, and well looked after, which really makes a difference during your stay.

We’ve stayed here multiple times now and consider ourselves regular guests — and there’s a big reason we keep coming back. One member of staff in particular, Waleed, consistently goes above and beyond. Every time we arrive and see him at reception, we know we’re in good hands. He’s always welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Waleed is an absolute credit to the hotel — incredibly honest, trustworthy, and clearly passionate about his role. His level of service really stands out, and it’s rare to come across someone so dedicated. In our opinion, he truly deserves recognition and would make an excellent manager.

Overall, this hotel never disappoints. Between the beautiful setting, high standards, and exceptional staff, it’s a place we’ll continue returning to time and time again

Great Team Members fantastic Hotel!

We had a lovely family stay at the hotel and really enjoyed our time there. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, making it easy to relax. The kids absolutely loved the pool, which was definitely a highlight of our stay.

The breakfast was great with plenty of choice, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Lucie, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

The nice weather made everything even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily return.

Great stay while visiting Chessington, perfect location! The hotel was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Lucie. Lovely touch with the kids’ Easter packs and great breakfast team too. Highly recommend and we’ll be definitely back!

So easy and fun! Came down with my friends for a drink after a long time. Abdullah was bartending and tending the reception desk and he made sure that we were taken care of and talked to us for a bit. Definitely will be back!

Abdullah was amazing! He was very sweet and helpful when I lost my key card and then again when I needed a beer at the end of the day.
