They do not honour rewards programs & after-stay service is uphauling
Cons:

I booked via the Emirates partner scheme to get Skywards points. I have been chasing them for over 2 months to add the points to my rewards account but it like chasing a dead squirrel.
Neither this hotel nor booking.com have honored the rewards program and that is the ONLY reason I booked this hotel. They ignore every request & plead so if you think you will get any rewards program honored by this hotel. don't stay here

Pros:

Хороший отель, отличное расположение. Очень красивая локация, удобная, рядом два торговых центра.
Питание отличное, особенно субботние ужины.

Cons:

Нет указания аллергенов на блюдах в ресторане, относительно блюд без глютена очень сложно было выяснить, персонал не знает что такое глютен. Альтернативное молоко для кофе только овсяное, а оно с глютеном, и безлактозного нет вообще.
