Pas à la hauteur de son standing, le sol était sale, lorsque nous sommes arrivées il y avait des traces sur les mirroirs

Pas à la hauteur de son standing, le sol était sale, lorsque nous sommes arrivées il y avait des traces sur les mirroirs et les murs étaient sales. De plus ce n’est pas écrit sur le site mais lorsque vous prenez une chambre, vous avez beau payer un supplément pour être à un étage supérieur, vous serez quand meme face à une tour très proche de votre chambre avec non seulement du vis à vis mais aussi aucune vue sur la ville. Enfin, le store des fenêtres ne marchait pas.

早餐有符合期待.服務也有.但是硬體老舊.

Cons:

訂房時已經註記要安靜的房間，結果房間空調老舊比外面馬路還大聲，整個晚上睡不著，關掉又太悶.退房時跟櫃台反應時.隔壁退房的旅客也在反應同樣的問題.

Muy buena ubicación

Cons:

Dejamos las valijas porque nos íbamos dos días a otro ciudad y volvíamos nos rompieron una rueda pero se hicieron cargo de la rotura y nos regalaron un desayuno al día siguiente fueron muy amables
