Le management laisse a desirer

La plage et la piscine
tres bonne gestion, personnel souriant, plagiste et repas servi sur nos bed parfait !
bravo a toute lequipe

Cons:

Le personnel a la reception est une catastrophe, il n y a personne de competent, sauf 1 personne qui a fait un geste commercial la veille de notre depart, un late check out sur 1 chambre .


Nous navions pas de clim pendant 3 jours dans la suite avec un bb de 2 ans, et cette chaleur personne na reparer !
Ont a eu le premier jour la suite a 19h et 2 chambre vue mer
a 18h , sans aucune excuse!!! ni remise sur les 5 h dattente pour les 6 pers non loges par les receptionnistes nombreux mais inactifs !

De 14h a 19h
pas meme un cocktail servi par la reception.

Gedateerd hotel met goede ligging.
Pros:

De ligging was heel prettig.
De mensen die je auto wegzetten en ophalen zijn zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Hotel was zeer gedateerd voor het bedrag wat je betaald per nacht.
Mensen achter de receptie waren niet klantvriendelijk. Werd niet goed schoongemaakt.

Tout ce qui est piscine et bord de plage cest payant domc non n a pas pu profiter des transats car tous réservés mais avec au moins la moitié pas occupé desolé si les gens vient oas a mi journée bye mais bon tres mal geré on a été a des beach club a cannes

Le manque de professionnalisme femme de ménage plagiste réception sauf les voituriers . Les chiens qui aboient toutes les nuits mais ils laissent les propriétaires tranquilles car ils sont au casino je me suis retenue d’appeler la police plusieurs fois

The region is very good and Canne, Monaco and St. Tropez are amazing.
Pros:

The hotel is very good located and nothing else.

Cons:

The hotel is old. The elevators ware broken, everything is very old. The repairs are going on during our stay, the hotel does not fulfill the high quality criteria. We have been in many pullman hotels and always like yhe stay, this is the worst one. Even 2 stars are more than enough. In addition the beach is not good, they demand payment of 60 euro per 2 person for umbrella and sun lounger.
The room and badroom has fungus! Evem the gas pn breackfast was broken.
In genenal - disaster for huge amount of money. Does not worthy to go there. We will never return or recommend it.
