Location is amazing and front desk staff is very accommodating
Very run down need complete renovation. Carpets and rooms are dirty. Resturant staff ha mixed ratings as they are tired and kind of lost.
It was in the perfect position for us, we could meet with family and walk to the beach..

Daily charges to use hotel sunbeds - total rip off! No option to sit by the pool without paying!
Poor selection on offer at breakfast compared with other 4 star hotels we have stayed at. Hot buffet - same items repeated daily - not given a choice of any eggs other than scrambled. Staff never approached our table to offer tea, coffee or any breakfast alternatives.
Areas of the hotel still in need of refurb - corridors etc.
Unfortunately, our stay at Pullman Mandelieu Cannes was a real disappointment and the low point of an otherwise wonderful mini-moon.
The hotel feels very misrepresented by both its photos and marketing. We were aware that this was part of a special trip for us, yet there seemed to be little interest in acknowledging that. This stood out even more because every other hotel we stayed at during our travels went above and beyond to make the occasion feel special.
The room was tired, basic and felt more like a budget airport hotel than a resort. We had booked a golf course view room, but in reality the main view was of a car park and bypass, with the golf course only just visible in the distance. There was also an event taking place during our stay that we had not been informed about, which added to the noise levels.
Service throughout was consistently slow and often non-existent. We experienced communication difficulties with one waiter, which we completely understood and tried to accommodate, but this frequently resulted in drinks either arriving incorrectly, only partially arriving, or not arriving at all. Despite this, we were still charged the full amount each time.
At lunch, we waited around 20 minutes just to receive a menu and then a further 15 minutes before anyone took a drinks or food order. The food itself was average at best, and the coffee was genuinely undrinkable.
We were also charged twice for sunbeds, despite raising the issue several times. Obtaining a refund required far more effort than it should have done and became an unnecessary source of frustration during our holiday.
I never leave negative reviews and would normally put a poor stay down to a one-off experience and simply choose not to return. However, on the morning of our departure, we left our room for the airport to find vomit spread along the corridor and throughout the lift area several doors down.
