I made a mistake on my booking and called the hotel immediately to be placed under our reservation block. Left multiple messages with the manager to call me back however gave up after the fifth call and third message that didn’t get retuned. Now my family is not staying with the team, the staff were not friendly, over priced and terrible service. Would never recommend nor come to this BW again.

The room
Location to the freeway could not sleep!!! Which why be booked in! Alarm was going off in the morning and no one told us there was an alarm company coming in to check the alarms!!!! Shit hotel will never come again!!
We checked in after 10pm and had to leave at 6am, suite was just right.
The staff was excellent, from the front clerks to the house keepers. Breakfast was good clean rooms ,comfordable beds
There was a hockey team there that got loud at times but the most part it was a good experience

Does not protect the public from online booking, Made contact with company to inquire why is it allowed for unknown charges to take place while the receipt misleads the customer thinking that it is a bill from Best Western. I have enclosed a copy of the receipt that was sent to me. I was told that this is not the concern of Best Western. This company is making money under false pretense. They have ignore all request from me about this matter. They calm the the bill is for taxes from Best Western. I am sure that this must be happening to others also. This receipt leaves the impression that charges are from Best Western.
