Pros:

Great location. Close to the airport and easy to access

Cons:

Breakfast is in another building. When it rains, it’s tough crossing unless you are wearing a jacket. Can’t go in your jammie’s.

Pros:

Good value for money; small pool in the main building; the staff at breakfast very good.

Cons:

The pool in our building was out of action, it was annoying to trek over each time. Reception staff were pot luck if you had someone helpful or extremely disinterested.

Not Satisfied with Customer Service
Pros:

It was not a great experience this time been staying here for more than 4 years used to be my permanent spot in abbotsford.Always booked through expedia never got treated the way i got treated this time.The big lady who checked me in was probably having a bad day at work when me and my wife checked in she was very rude and showed us a really bad attitude when we asked for a bottle of water saying that you are not a privileged for water it is only for members. This was seriously something that i was not expecting in form of customer service at this place. Thanks and never staying here

Amar is great.
Pros:

When we went to check out we locked our keys in the car. Amar who was working at the desk was very helpful. He was able to unlock our car and get the keys out. All the staff have been great every time we stayed there but this time Amar went above and beyond to help us out.

It was one of the very best accommodations I've stayed at.
Pros:

Although we choose not to have our complimentary breakfast, we were surprised with all the amazing options to eat! The hotel was very very clean, the decorating colors (walls, carpets, wall pictures, etc) blended nicely and gave a relaxing feel to the hotel. The price was affordable for us because we booked in advance through a third party site so we received a great rate. The staff was professional, kind, and diligent. The convenience of the Ricky's restaurant attached to the hotel was a bonus! (Ricky's was impeccably clean, great food and amazing service!!!)

There was not a single thing about our stay that I could have been critical about, even if I tried.
