our toilet was clogged the entire time, we were exhausted after our long day’s journey and they were all booked so switching rooms was not an option

Opening of Shelby‘s was late on my first day. Approx. 6:50 instead of 6:30. But once it opened it was delicious.

The facility was clean and the staff esp the front desk his name is Gilbert was so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we had a smooth and fast check in. Over all I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.
