De ligging is perfect, schuin achter het Kurhaus. Medewerkers zeer vriendelijk!
De kamer was klein. Maar ja, wat heb je eigenlijk nodig?
Our stay at this hotel in The Hague was very disappointing and definitely the worst hotel experience we have had so far. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, which immediately gave us a bad impression. The parking situation was also terrible and very inconvenient for guests. On top of that, the elevator was not functioning correctly during our stay, which made everything even more frustrating.
Another major issue was the noise. We could hear everyone talking from other rooms and the hallway, making it very difficult to relax or sleep properly. The walls seemed extremely thin and there was almost no sound insulation at all.
What disappointed us the most was the unfair treatment regarding the parking costs. My sister received a €35 refund for the parking, while we were refused any compensation without a clear explanation. We expected much better service and professionalism from the hotel staff.
Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Hotelkamer was prima. Locatie geweldig voor bezoek aan het strand, theater, casino etc
Helaas was om 10 uur niet alles tijdens het ontbijt meer beschikbaar.
De ligging was prima
Op het dekbed lag bloed. Tevens op de gordijnen ook. Geen andere kamer gekregen geen compensatie.
Außer daß das Zimmer wirklich winzig war, war es für zwei Nächte wirklich gut.
Rustig hotel, vlakbij AFAS Circustheater in Scheveningen.
Eigenlijk is me niets tegengevallen.
Inadmissible, la porte de la chambre ne fermait pas, du coup, la réceptionniste n a pas put nous changer de chambre car c était complet. Elle nous a proposé de dormir la porte ou d aller voir ailleurs !!!
De plus , il faudrait preciser que les places de parking sont limitées au regard de la taille de l hôtel
Ne pouvant pas dormir dans la chambre faite de sécurité, j ai réservé danym urgence un autre hôtel
