Relaxing with tunning panoramas in wonderful Royan
Pros:

Staying in this hotel and submitting to a truly French experience was really worth the long drive from SW England. Best was the amazing panoramic view from our room and the excellent evening offering for dinner. However, it was a good job that I could use my French for certain little niggles like securing a table reservation at a sensible time and sorting out the parking. The latter was expensive but very convenient. Special shout out for Manuela & Serge at breakfast for their friendliness and helpfulness, also Judicael at dinner. Overall it is great to have warm & friendly service for food, housekeeping & in the restaurant.

Pros:

Dimensions de la chambre appréciable, toilettes et salle de bain séparés = parfait
Vue sur le parking, moins top

Cons:

La vue côté parking et l'heure de dispo de la chambre même si nous avons pu la récupérer légèrement plus tôt

Enjoyable weekend away but room for improvement.
Pros:

Great position and room was very clean and well appointed
Breakfast was good

Cons:

The quality of the sheets could have been better, they felt rough and we thought the pillows were very poor and too small.
Food in the restaurant was very disappointing.

Bien mais organisation du bassin à revoir
Pros:

L’emplacement et le confort de la chambre

Cons:

L’espace bien être est trop petit et pas assez intime. Tout le monde se regarde puisque le bassin est rond,il n’y a pas d’espace un peu en retrait, le sauna est à la vue de tous, dommage

Pros:

Le personnel discret et au top. Serge au service du petit déjeuner ne changez rien vous êtes extraordinaire.
Literie parfaite, room service parfait
Réception le jour de notre arrivée au top.

Cons:

Manque de place de parking ! Malgré les places gratuites plus en haut tout était rempli. Et surtout un manque de civisme de la part de la clientèle qui se gare aux places électriques (4 places) et qui ont des voitures thermiques. La remarque été faite à la réception la jeune femme nous a dit oui on sait c’est comme ça on ne peut rien faite … ils ont bien vu que nous étions très embêtés!

Pros:

L’accueil est excellent. L’ensemble du personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse et aux petits sons des clients.
Le restaurant est très bon.
L’ambiance générale de l’établissement est calme, feutrée, reposante.

Très bien mais ne pas y manger le soir
Pros:

Hôtel qui mérite vraiment ses 4 étoiles. Spa marin super et inclus dans le prix, petit déjeuner super, tout comme le personnel. Équipements très bien dans les moindres détails

Pros:

Lieu au top, avec des équipements de très bonne qualité, un accès spa hammam très agréable. Très bien situé et vue de chaque chambre!
