Rooms aren’t clean: towels were little wet when we moved in. Food are very worst and especially the juice

The rooms were a bit small and hard for two people with luggage to move around

It was disgusting inside. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room was gross and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or used in a long time. There was blood on the AC unit. Dried old blood. Disgusting. The breakfast included packets of oatmeal and cereal in a room smaller than the smallest hotel room.

How the elevator shuttered everytime you used it, the rooms weren’t properly cleaned, even found a pipe in the room we stayed in.

I was charged twice for the room. I bought it to the front desk and was told it would be fixed. But I was still charged twice. I emailed and called the motel and the extra charge has not been removed yet. I have stayed here in the past and I enjoyed the stay. But this one was stressful due to the double charge

The room smelled like cigarettes. We didn’t stay the night we went and got a different room within 10 minutes of check in.

In my room almost none of the outlets worked

It is in need of renovations, first impression was a let down, front desk person was not friendly bordered on rude. Outside stairs from 3rd floor to parking looked like they were separating from building, the hallway temperature was set to 90° and our room ac was not turned on, we had to leave to let it cool down.

Breakfast was lacking but for the price its fine

The property charged my personal card for the entire amount after receiving the total paid amount from booking.com, they said they were refunding the money but tomorrow will be one week since the illegal transaction. I will be claiming fraud with my bank in the morning , also every thing was dirty and or damaged in the room, the toilet seat was loose and the wrong size for the toilet bowl. There was mold in the shower as well as hair from last guest. We had to request towels and toilet paper, there was no security to get into the building, anyone could walk in or get in the elevator without a card.
We have been coming to Gatlinburg for 6 years, twice a year now and have never experienced this disappointment.

Someone was smoking pot in our area. The odor filled the hallway and the stairs Thankfully the odor was not in the room.

Nothing

Rude staff members. One lady who worked 1st shift and a man who worked 2nd. Not approachable. Never smiled. When told thank you they just as if you are scum. Poor bathroom pipes under sink that leaked. No continental breakfast worth having.
