Pros:

If you're looking for a hotel that very close to Gatlinburg shops this is a great place.

Very good stay in an excellent location at a great price!
Pros:

The room seemed small at first glance, though it was cozy and comfortable. The location is excellent. The room was clean, especially the bathroom.

Cons:

I didn’t rate the staff as exceptional because they were adequate and not unpleasant - there just wasn’t a pop to move the rating up. The continental breakfast was at the low end of that offering.

Smelled musty.toilet was broken .they said they fixed it but didnt.they came back and fixed it.concrete steps were falling in.very dangerious in back exit.hall carpets were all worn

Great except for Kirk also gave us a hard time when we asked for clean towels

The guy Kirk that checked us in! He lied to us when we ask him for a coffee maker and said that doesn’t have one and we asked to borrow one he lied and said they didn’t have any! The next day the very nice lady on duty, Brizique told us all the rooms were supposed to have one and when we told her we didn’t have one she went to the back and got us one and she was nice enough to clean it for us! She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome! Kirk is very rude and makes you feel very unwelcome, I would not love me to deal with him again

Have stayed prior & will always be my go to property on our Gatlinburg getaways!! Highly reccomended
Pros:

Reservation ease. Check in was hassel free !! No surprise charges. Front desk lady was VERY NICE and a hard worker!
