Please note that the pool and slide will be closed from April 24-26, 2017. There will also be construction on the roof starting April 10, 2017.

Please note that the Water Slide will only be open for Thursday and Friday 5pm to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am to 10pm.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great place
Pros:

Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The king bed we had was not the comfiest. Seems like they haven’t bought new ones yet. Last time we stayed we had two queen room and those beds were fantastic.

Neighbours were very loud. Had to complain.

A nice, comfortable stay with my family.
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable and had a spacious pool area. My room was cozy. Staff were friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

Cons:

Hallways looked a little tired, but staff did their best to keep them tidy.

Not the kind of place you would bring your family for a vacation.
Pros:

Walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery.

Cons:

The heating unit cover was left on the floor as if someone was working on it but did not finish the job. The heating unit did not work. Hallways and stairs not vacuumed and messy. Clogged sinks in the bathroom.

Cons:

Air cond'g was non operational, with inside room there were no windows and fan did very little. There was water on carpet inside to room and maintenance came on call; took a look and said it doesn't look like a leak anywhere so just left. Put towels on damp spot overnight and they were soaking wet in the morning. I know that a large group of wildfire victims were housed at the hotel but in public areas it was congested and uncomfortable. A lot of kids making noise in hallways until well after midnight.
