Nice and clean and modern, friendly staff
The toilet is separate from the bathroom and the sofa bed is not very comfortable.
The toilet had a panel which came off when the door closed and fell on my partner's head .

The Team is amazing mostly Sophia so amazing and friendly with guests , at the reception the African man with dreadlocks , I can't recall his name, he was so helpful and advised well with activities to do in Paris. The whole team is amazing.. looking forward to visit again.
The ongoing construction during the day was so distracting, mostly cause I worked online during the day and my kids couldn't sleep well during the afternoon...But it's an amazing hotel and area.

Around the hotel you can find a number of reasonable restaurants and bakeries.
The gentleman at the check in (nice guy) was wearing AI supported camera glasses. I think in many European countries this would be illegal during such kind of work.
No stairs to move between the floors. During the busy hours waiting for the elevators took forever, thus a stairs option would have been helpful.
If you want to get to the touristic parts of town be aware that it is quite far away and by public transport will take you around 40min to get to the city center.

Nette grote kamer en top locatie zo een 15 min van champs elysees. Bed was ook goed, en fijn dat de toilet en badkamer apart waren van elkaar
De wasbak was verstopt en had verwacht dat dit opgemerkt zou worden door de schoonmaak. Maar helaas niet opgelost. Verder ook jammer dat het lang duurt voordat de telefoon word opgenomen door personeel.
The property itself was really lovely—very comfortable and incredibly clean, which made our stay feel relaxing from the moment we arrived. The room had a TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services, which was a really nice touch for winding down in the evenings.
We didn’t eat at the hotel during our stay, but that was simply because we wanted to explore the area. There are so many amazing bakeries and food spots nearby, so you’re definitely not short of options. The surrounding area is beautiful and felt very safe, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.
In terms of downsides, the soundproofing wasn’t great as the walls are quite thin. Because of this, you can’t really play music or have the TV too loud without being mindful of other guests, which is understandable but something to be aware of.
There were also a few security-related things that felt a bit uncomfortable. We had people knocking on the door at random times, and there’s no peephole to check who it is before opening. Unlike other hotels, you also can’t lock the door from the inside for extra reassurance, which would have made us feel more secure.
Another issue was the temperature in the room. You can’t adjust the heating, so it did get quite cold at times, and the bedding is quite thin, which didn’t help.
Overall, it’s a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in a great location, but a few improvements—especially around soundproofing, room temperature, and security features—would make the experience even better.
