Pros:

-O hotel disponibiliza shampoo e condicionador a vontade, eu que costumo levar pq na maioria é sache foi uma surpresa muito agradável.
-Secador de cabelo potente, sem ser aqueles minis secadores, por conta da época do frio na hospedagem também foi ótimo não precisar demorar para secar os cabelos.
-Cafe da manhã variado e apetitoso.
- Restaurante para o almoço bem serviço e preço acessível.
-Localizacao possibilita nem atravessar a rua para pegar metrô.
-Muito próximo de mercadinhos, diversos bares, localização agradável.

Cons:

Apenas o wi fi de Internet deixa a desejar. Por conta da copa usava muito o YouTube para ver os jogos e praticamente não conseguia ver pela tv do quarto. Desta que os canais funcionavam embora os canais normalmente contando inclusive com alguns de assinatura exemplo: todos da sportv, globo news, Record news, jovem Pan, ESPN.
No celular o sinal de Internet era melhor.

Achei um bom custo benefício, estrutura antiga, mas bem conservada. e limpa. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso.

Cons:

pelo valor pago, achei justo o que foi oferecido. Talvez, se for possível, modernizar um pouco os quartos.

Hotel muito bom, com um ponto a melhorar.
Pros:

Minha experiência no hotel foi muito boa. Café da manhã muito bom, alimentos de ótima qualidade.

Cons:

Minha hospedagem foi muito boa e, de modo geral, fiquei satisfeita com a experiência. No entanto, gostaria de registrar uma observação: o frigobar do quarto estava muito enferrujado, o que não condiz com o padrão de qualidade esperado do hotel. Acredito que esse item mereça atenção para manter o excelente nível das acomodações.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa. O café da manhã é bom e os funcionários do restaurante são educados.

Cons:

Infelizmente é um hotel que tinha tudo para ser bom, mas parece que está faltando gerente. Funcionários grossos, má vontade para resolver tudo, parece que estão lhe fazendo um favor. Precisa de uma melhor gestão.

San juan deve ter sido um hotel muito bom há 20 anos atras. Porque o que restou hoje é só uma espelunca. O elevador parecia que ia cair de tão velho. As camas péssimas. O quarto era ok mas nao estava tao limpo, a unica coisa boa do hotel é a localização. A internet era MUITO RUIM, simplesmente nao vale a pena.
