I'd stay again because the staff at front desk were really amazing and the location is great.
Pros:

Room and bed very comfortable. great water pressure in shower! Room was clean enough.

Cons:

The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work and corners in bathroom looked a little dingy. Gave the impression of a bit of neglect. Not serious but little details.

Old hotel facilities, dirty floors, friendly staff, great location.

Great Location, very convenient and walkable to the city.
Friendly staff

Cons:

Old facility.
Cleaning service did not work much. Floor of the corridors, elevator and main entrance were very dirty since arrival until we left.

great location for being downtown Asheville within walking distance of most everything that I needed
Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location for the event I was attending. The staff was very friendly. My day was very nice.
