Pros:

Sheraton Four Points was a great place to stay for my week in Asheville. Location can not be beat. Room was large, well appointed and clean. Breakfast was good off the menu and at the buffet. Oddly, listing on booking did not mention use privilege at YMCA across the street nor did the desk clerk who checked me in.

I enjoyed being with family and the fact we could walk into Asheville-close to shops and restaurants
Pros:

Our family was permitted to use the breakfast area for evening get to gethers.

Cons:

The price for the accomodations - the hotel is older and in need of some upgrades and I felt the price was too much.

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect!
Pros:

From our check-in with Jenn who graciously upgraded us to a larger room in a nice, quiet area, to Bo, our most excellent server at breakfast, and everything in between, our stay was perfect! Everything was clean, comfy bed, hot shower, thirsty towels, spacious room, charming subway tile in the bathroom. And breakfast was delicious and such generous servings. Free parking in downtown Asheville!!! We would stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

Won’t be back
Pros:

I was five doors down from the ice machine on my floor and it ran all night very loudly so I was not able to sleep and I had just driven 12 hours. Very disappointed with that, everything else was nice. The staff was courteous. The hotel was clean.

Building needs some attention.
Pros:

Convenient for my work trip. Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

There were water bubbles in the paint in the bathroom; the dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed-someone had even put a rubber band on them. The tv kept pixelating badly.
