Pros:

Sehr gutes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück, an der Bar, aber auch in den Fluren des Hotels war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war für ein Stadthotel mit 3 Betten sehr geräumig und großzügig, mit ruhiger Lage zum Innenhof. Alles war super sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffett war perfekt, reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack war was dabei inkl. Eier, Speck, Wurst, Käse, Pancakes, Müsli, Obst, Croissants und andere Süßspeisen, frisch gepresste Säfte und sehr leckeren Kaffee in allen Zubereitungsvariationen. Tolles Hotel!

Decent but not great experience.
Pros:

Centrally located, 3 minute walk to St Mark’s. Pleasant staff, solid breakfast. Great in house restaurant where we had a delicious dinner with excellent wait staff.

Cons:

Outdated bathrooms and worn out furnishings create a disheveled ambiance. Quite expensive for what you get in terms of rooms.

Venice surpassed our expectations. The hotel and staff helped to make this a wonderful trip.

Excellent location. Always easy to find in the maze of alleyways as close to St Mark’s.

Perfect stay! Highly recommend!
Pros:

Everything was amazing. Starting with the location in the heart of Venice and the staff and the service was exceptional. Breakfast was very good with multiple food options and even vegan brioche that the staff made specially.Also the mimosa at breakfast was another level. Special thanks to Valeria from breakfast staff that was very nice and sweet and went on and beyond to please all the clients needs. The hotel staff was also amazing as they offered a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. All in all I highly recommend the hotel in Venezia for short and long stay.

Pros:

Everything was exceptional at this hotel! We were a group of 5 people and everyone enjoyed it a lot. The location, all included breakfast, facilities, staff, everything was just excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again here. 😀

No os fiéis de las fotos, después os dan otra cosa. Responsable tanto booking como el hotel.
Pros:

Las chicas del desayuno eran muy majas y se implicaban. El desayuno bien en general muy completo.

Cons:

La habitación asignada (402) no se correspondía en absoluto con las fotos de la categoría. En Booking se muestran imágenes con separación entre espacios, pero en nuestro caso era prácticamente abierta, sin intimidad, algo especialmente problemático en una habitación cuádruple.
Viajábamos con nuestros dos hijos mellizos, uno de ellos con necesidades especiales (TEA), por lo que el descanso y la organización del espacio eran especialmente importantes. La habitación no cumplía en absoluto con estas condiciones.
Lo comunicamos en recepción el mismo día. Nos dijeron que lo revisarían, pero nunca hubo seguimiento: no se nos llamó a la habitación, no tenemos ninguna llamada perdida del hotel y tampoco se nos volvió a comentar nada en recepción durante toda la estancia. En ningún momento se nos ofreció una solución ni se nos dio una explicación o disculpa.
La habitación además tenía un problema claro con el aire acondicionado: hacía mucho ruido si se encendía, pero si se apagaba hacía frío, dificultando el descanso. También contactamos con Booking durante la estancia sin obtener ninguna solución.
Más allá de la habitación, lo más decepcionante ha sido la gestión posterior. En la respuesta del hotel se minimiza lo ocurrido y se nos responsabiliza a nosotros, restando importancia a la incidencia, lo que consideramos una falta de respeto.
Somos una familia formada por dos hombres con dos hijos, y la sensación durante toda la estancia y la gestión posterior fue la de no ser tomados en serio. No podemos afirmar el motivo, pero el trato recibido no estuvo a la altura y nos hizo sentir incómodos.
Además, hemos visto otros testimonios en redes sociales que apuntan en una línea similar respecto al trato en este hotel.
Actualización tras la respuesta del hotel
El hotel afirma que se nos ofreció un cambio de habitación que rechazamos. Esto no es correcto. En ningún momento se nos dio una solución clara ni se realizó seguimiento, pese a indicarnos que nos contactarían.

Pros:

Great location, very close to San Marco Piazza. It was also close to the vaporetto station which made it clear to travel from train station and to the airport. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Great breakfast buffet.
