Location and Service!
The location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square.
The front desk staff and everyone at the hotel were incredibly friendly. They always greeted us warmly and made us feel comfortable chatting with them.
On our departure, we had the unforgettable experience of leaving for the airport directly from the hotel’s private water taxi dock. It was my first time traveling that way, and it made for a truly wonderful and memorable end to our stay.

The customer service, concierge staff and communication was phenomenal. They helped arrange private transportation for my family that made our stay less stressful. They also recommended some great restaurants in the area. The rooms were a little small but this is expected in Europe. Rooms were comfy and clean. My husband loved the coffee stations in room and in the hallways of each floor. The elevator is small which gave my family a comical moment as we all tried to fit with our backpacks/lugguage. Almost like the three stooges!
We enjoyed drinks at the bar and the upper deck with great views. The breakfast each morning was a hit with lots of variety. Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay there again in the future.
