Séjour agréable dans un hôtel vieillisant mais charmant avec du personnel très gentil.
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé au centre de Venise, à 4 minutes à pied de la place Saint-Marc.« Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, le personnel très agréable et serviable, et la chambre très jolie, décorée dans des couleurs chaudes. »

Cons:

J’ai réservé une chambre pour trois personnes et nous savions que la configuration serait un lit double et un lit simple. À notre arrivée, le lit simple n’était pas préparé et s’est avéré être un canapé en plastique, du type de ceux que l’on trouve dans les trains.
J’ai dû signaler que le lit devait être fait. Cela a consisté à poser un simple drap sur le plastique, avec une alèse en dessous. J’ai ainsi dormi la première nuit sur une surface très dure, sur un lit très mince, avec une sensation de plastique au visage, qui ne semblait pas très propre.
Le lendemain, j’ai demandé s’il était possible d’avoir un petit matelas à poser sur le canapé. La personne à la réception nous a alors proposé de changer de chambre, ce que j’ai beacoup appréciée.
Dans les deux chambres, nous n’avons toutefois reçu du linge et des peignoirs que pour deux personnes. Dans la nouvelle chambre, le lit était par ailleurs acceptable.
À noter également que l’eau s’écoulait difficilement dans la baignoire

Fantastisch hotel ideaal voor een citytrip
Pros:

Het ontbijt was fantastisch, de locatie uitstekend en vooral de vriendelijkheid van het personeel was super!

Cons:

De temperatuur van de kamer: veel te warm (25 graden). Omdat de airco uitstaat kun je niet zelf de temperatuur regelen, heel jammer.

Pros:

O hotel é super bem localizado, dá para fazer os principais passes todos a pé, café da manhã excelente e funcionários muito atenciosos.

Cons:

A cama de casal estava torta, se você se virasse na cama, corria o risco de cair. E o sofá cama que colocaram pro meu filho, também ficou a desejar, nao era um sofá cama, na verdade era só o sofá que tiraram as almofadas e colocaram um colchão bem estreito.

Perfect place to stay in Venice!
Pros:

Location is perfect, amongst it all!! Very close to vaparetto stop. A little bit of luxury in Venice. Amazing service from the minute you arrive. Wonderful breakfast, kids loved it as well as adults. Great spacious family room.
