Great staff and great location

Exceptional customer service we will be back
Pros:

All of the staff here were exceptional, the best customer service we have had in years. The room was great with a beautiful view and such a great location for walking to every thing. Also had the best pornstar martini ever from Bar 81! Thank you to all of the team for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay. Take your own pillows unless you like super soft.
Pros:

Excellent location. The room was clean and the staff were amazing

Cons:

The price was a bit high for the size of the room and that we had to pay for parking which the boom gate didn’t work unless the valet came over to sort out. Heater didn’t work on our second night so we were cold and no spare blankets in the room

Like a warm hug. Comfy and easy. No stress
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent! Everything you could imagine on offer. Staff in the restaurant were amazing esp Lizz and Tracey. Room was older style but comfy. Location fantastic to walk 5 mins to restaurants and beach and light rail train. Front desk staff so friendly - thank you Keeta and Monica and Nanami xxx

The pool chairs were very slippery to sit on. A tad run down. That's it!
