All in all stay was great
Pros:

Right in the heart of Broadbeach walking distance to dinner and drinks every night

Cons:

Over priced for the time we stayed there .

We have stayed there before and paid half the price and got a free drink every night in the bar .

Pros:

The location is great and service from valet attendant very high.

Cons:

Bedding extremely uncomfortable - pillows on bed extremely low. One week later and still experiencing neck pain due to poor sleep and discomfort.

Pros:

Location is fabulous. Rooms are pretty clean. Comfortable beds (doubles not queens) Down pillows. Nice little balcony. Soft robes. Great shower.

Cons:

Basement parking is difficult. A lot of stairs to carry your bag up. Air con in our room was freezing. I ended up turning the fan off and turning the temp to Max. $39 for 1 night parking 🤬.

Beautiful hotel but honestly overpriced for what it offers other than the buffet breakfast
Pros:

Beautiful, situated close to everything, polite staff. Th pool is beautiful and relaxing, buffet breakfast well worth the money.

Cons:

Paid extra for a spa suite and the spa only comfortably fit one person which is ridiculous for the extra cost, why would I want to enjoy the view on my own?! It also didn’t work properly. Out of four lifts, only two were ever running and one had been playing up for nearly 24 hours, thinking it was on a different floor and confusing people. While people were trying to leave the wait time to get on a lift was 20 to 30 minutes and we ended up in the dodgy lift. It would think it was going down a floor and reopen on the same floor up to four times before actually moving down but we stuck on it because the other lift was full all the time. People were getting grumpy at us for not squishing in and letting them in because they were sick of waiting but it took us 20 minutes to get from the 18th floor to the third floor, it was so frustrating and we ended up taking the stairs to check out which was extremely painful as I have a hip condition. I informed front desk while trying to catchment breath and all I got was a sorry we know there’s a problem. It wasn’t even a genuine apology. Honestly I’m frustrated that I paid a lot for a 5 star hotel whose spa wasn’t worth the extra cost and then to get stuck in a broken lift as I’m trying to leave and not even taking something off my bill as a courtesy for the major inconvenience!

We had a fabulous stay - the pool was lovely too!
Pros:

Location was excellent for friends up from Sydney and Melbourne. We walked everywhere abd caught the bus to Burleigh rather than drive.
