A very comfortable, enjoyable and convenient stay.
Pros:

Room - a good size and comfortable.
View - the hotel provided a free upgrade to a higher floor so the view was excellent.
Buffet breakfast - was excellent quality and variety.
Staff - very friendly and helpful and provided a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival.
Irina - our room attendant on floor 15 did a wonderful job and was friendly and helpful/

Cons:

Free wi-fi was complicated and a chore to obtain as we had to create an account and then log in with ACCOR.

Location for the Bluesfest & offered complimentary bubbles on arrrival.

Cons:

Paid a little more for a oceanview room. View was excellent. Unfortunately doing building works at that side. Noisy!
