Adequately clean hotel, terrible uninformed staff and long term guests were awful.
Pros:

It was myself and 3 other friends traveling together. We are all over 60. We had been traveling all day and wanted to check in and jump right into the pool. We didn't even unpack. We had a bad experience with the pool area , first because the hot tub was green and foamy. There were no towels and the pool is right by the parking lot and there were guests at their cars smoking marijuana and playing loud lude rap. We could not even talk to each other! They were confrontational when politely asked to turn it down. We complained to the front desk and they said the guests had every right to listen to their music and smoke pot on the premises. After the staff told them we complained one of the men came to the pool and stared at my friends and I. They shouted horrible rude things at us and turned up the rap even louder and it was beyond pornographic, asking us "white bitches" if we "like this better!" We left without even unpacking because we did not feel safe. The staff never apologized nor offered a refund. It was awful. They treated us like we were the aggressive ones in the wrong. We had to book another hotel 20 miles away at 7:30 at night. Thank goodness I reserved through Booking.com! They gave me a credit for this terrible 2 hour stay.

Overall it was ok . Inside property could have looked a bit more dated with fresh new paint

Great road trip stop
Pros:

The breakfast was hot and very good. The location for a road trip is excellent. The hotel is walking distance to many food choices and gas stations. Great pet area.

Cons:

New TV would be nice. But it was adequate.

Good experience.
Pros:

Alexis Aat the front desk was very helpful after the motel lost our reservation and found it through Booking.com. The breakfast was not bad. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Would stay again on our way through Patterson.

Cons:

Traveling with an expensive truck boat I was a little concerned about the bums outside camping out. I was worried about our truck being broken into with all kinds of gear packed in it. Fortunately, they let me park sideways in a few spots right outside our room's window where we could keep an eye on it.

Amazing stay.

The entire facility. Every staff member i met was incredibly polite,friendly and helpful.And a big compliment to thr breakfast cook/attendant. She was exteremely.pleasant,hospitable ans helpful.

Not a hospitable stay
Pros:

Not enough towels for all guests.
No pool towels at all, was told to air dry since it was hot outside. Ran out of food for breakfast.
Marijuana smell and dirty bedding. No housekeeping service even after requested. Fire alarm going off and waking up baby, was told to just disconnect it. Guest’s checked in occupied rooms. Manager not helpful. Did not make herself visible to assist. Rude and unprofessional. Hung up call over the phone. Promised compensation nonetheless did not follow through.
Called corporate and was told there is nothing they can do.
