Great location, close to the city centre and Barceloneta Beach. The room itself was clean and very quiet, and the staff were pleasant and professional.
Two administrative issues put a slight dampener to our experience.
After we’d already unpacked and changed, another guest was given a key to our room and walked in — a serious privacy and security concern. We had been mistakenly assigned the wrong room and were then required to repack our belongings and move to the correct room.
We were also double-charged: our first night was prepaid, but at check-in we were charged for all four nights without that deduction. Staff didn’t catch the error; we only found it ourselves by checking our card statement.
Lovely location and friendly staff, but these administrative failures affected our impression of the hotel.

No había jarra para calentar agua, no había heladera , tazas, vasos o algo en donde servirse alguna bebida .

Tiszta szoba, kényelmes ágy, modern bútorok. Kedves recepciósok, nagyon jó reggeli, tökéletes elhelyezkedés, a repülőtérről könnyen és gyorsan megközelíthető, városban minden séta távolságra. Ideális városlátogatásra. Máskor is szívesen megyünk vissza
Elevator was slow
The staff and location. Staff were really helpful. The location is very good, close to the metro and bus station like 1 min walking from different lines.

Check out alle 12 … Avendo tutta la giornata a disposizione e viste le temperature alte , avere l’appoggio della stanza finì alle 15 sarebbe stato più comodo, anche solo per una doccia !
La posizione la pulizia e la gentilezza

L’hotel è molto accogliente e si trova in un’ottima posizione, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Un aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è la presenza del ristorante gestito dagli stessi proprietari, al quale si può accedere direttamente dall’hotel. Ne abbiamo approfittato per cenare lì e siamo rimasti soddisfatti: cibo di buona qualità, assolutamente approvato!
Lo staff è molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. La nostra camera era forse un po’ datata nell’arredamento, ma molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente.
Nel complesso siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti del soggiorno. Una struttura piacevole, comoda e con un’atmosfera accogliente. Super apprezzata e sicuramente consigliata!
