We did not eat breakfast. We did eat at Table 28. Very good.
There needs to be more lighting. We stayed in a suite. There was NO lighting at bar area. I had to move a lamp. We were told there was a stocked bar. It was not. The fridge was barely cold. Bathroom was showing age. Bed was fine. I couldn't figure how to turn bedside lamp on. I also had difficulty getting WIFI to work . When you stay in a suite you expect everything to be correct, working and perfect. There also was only 2 coffee pods of regular coffee. With 2 guests you should have at least 2 per guest and more creamer than 1. Not stocked very well.

I've ordered from the restaurant twice, and have been disappointed both times. Both the risotto and the short ribs were very salty. The soup was good.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Staff were all very nice and super accommodating! It was my birthday—they even gave me a birthday card! Room pricing is very competitive! Highly recommend this stay!
We really enjoyed our 3 day stay at this hotel. It is tucked away in a quiet little area west of the City but only takes 15 min to get downtown. Attractive property and pleasant staff. We had a suite but even the standard rooms are large. Rooms are clean with nice amenities and comfortable beds. Hotel has a very good upscale dining restaurant and is also within walking distance of several other good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. We would especially like to commend Pamela at the front desk… the epitome of a cordial and welcoming presence.
For the management, we have 3 suggestions:
1. Remove the bench at the bottom end of the bed in RM 316. It serves no useful purpose and there is really not sufficient space for it. Knocked legs and knees repeatedly on it. Replace with a smaller bench between bureau and window and/or folding luggage rack.
2. Direct housekeeping not to put “no service today” notice in rooms with do not disturb signs until after noon. People are on vacation and do not necessarily want to rise early so room can be cleaned. Do the turnover rooms first.
3. Consider small makeup mirrors for bathroom. Found lighting on main mirror not to be the greatest and quite far away.

The staff is the most friendly and helpful of any hotels we visit.
The room is big and well organized. Comfortable and house keeping is excellent
1) There is no boiling pot to be able to prepare Tee
2) The shower water is not warm ,. Reported 3 times to front disk andgot promises without repairing it
3). No tooth paste and no tooth brush
4) no foot silipary in the bathroom.
5) During Chek in front disk employee treetment was not good. Two bottle of water provided freefor the guest. I called front disk to get additional with cost! Instead of sending room service,. She instructed me to come down to get it.
5). No helper for gest to carry the baggage
6). Additional charges applied on my cridit card after checkout
7) on Saturday,. Restaurant cook was late for one hour,.

Very nice staff overall! They did their best to accommodate us. However, after sleeping on those mattresses and paper thin pillows....our bodies hurt so bad the next day. Had we needed to stay in town longer, it would have been elsewhere. We won't be back again due to this.
