Familienaufenthalt anlässlich Geburtstag

Der Kellner beim Frühstück war super und auch sehr lieb zu unseren Kindern.

Cons:

Wir hatten das verlängerte Wochenende meiner Mutter zum 70. Geburtstag geschenkt und das Hotel vorher extra darüber informiert. Leider wurde diesbezüglich gar nichts von Seiten des Hotels unternommen, noch nicht einmal eine kleine Geburtstagsnachricht auf dem Zimmer. Das war sehr schade und hätte man von einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht erwartet.
Als wir abends dann alle in die Bar gehen wollten, um nochmal auf den Geburtstag anzustoßen, war die Bar voll. Daran kann man natürlich nichts ändern. Der Barkeeper bot uns aber noch nicht einmal an, einen Drink in der Lobby, im Restaurant( das noch geöffnet war) oder zumindest noch mit aufs Zimmer zu nehmen. So ein Verhalten fanden wir sehr befremdlich.
Heute beim Auschecken wurde darauf auch gar nicht mehr eingegangen. Sehr sehr schade!

Wirklich ein tolles und empfehlenswertes Hotel!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig- wir waren zu dritt unterwegs(ich mit meinen zwei Buben)
Das Personal war seeeehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit!!!

Cons:

Es war alles einwandfrei!
