gutes Hotel mit Verbesserungsmodalitäten

Die tolle Lage nach Speyer und Hockenheim. Auch zu den Autobahnen ist es eine schnelle Anbindung. Die Idee, die Zimmerreinigung auf Wunsch zu erledigen, eine gute Sache. …nur hat das bei uns in keinster Weise geklappt.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein altes Zimmer. Trotz Wunsch und Vormerkung durch die Rezeption (eine Liste lag nicht aus) wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Am vorletzten Tag wurde gegen 10 Uhr einfach die Tür aufgerissen und offen gelassen. Auf Nachfrage unsererseits, was das soll, wurde entgegnet, das Reinigungspersonal dachte wir würden abreisen. Unverständnis, da die Abreise erst einen Tag später war und zudem Check out auch bis 11 Uhr möglich ist. Im Restaurant zum Frühstück wurden von den männlichen Kellnern die weiblichen Gäste ständig umgarnt. Ein ruhiges gemütliches Essen nicht möglich. Nett ist schön, aber aufdringlich geht nicht.

Großes, komfortables Zimmer. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

This hotel was wonderful, the rooms are very spacious and was spotless on arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Reilingen is a beautifully quaint little village away from the noise of big city life

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage, mit besonders freundlichem Personal , wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, man wurde trotz hoher Gästezahl sehr freundlich empfangen. Man fühlte sich als gern gesehener Gast, nicht nur als zahlender Kunde. Trotz sehr hoher Auslastung des Hotels war alles sehr ordentlich und auch ruhig. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Schön gelegen am Stadtrand , man konnte sehr gut zu Fuß alles erreichen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer verfügte über eine Badewanne, bei welcher einige Fugen nicht mehr so schön aussahen, sowie auch der Wasserhahn ( persönlich finde ich Duschen auch für ältere Personen besser, weil die Gefahr des hohen Einstiegs / über den Rand steigen wegfällt - aber das ist Geschmacksache)

Cons:

WiFi było tak słabe że nawet nie dało rady otworzyć żadnej strony na laptopie. O wiele lepszy przesyłam miałem jak udostępniłem WiFi z telefonu.

TRANQUILO HOTEL EN REILINGEN
Pros:

Hotel situado en zona tranquila a la entrada de Reilingen; Habitación amplia, bine insonorizada y agradable, con cama y almohadas cómodas; personal de recepción muy amables. Parking gratuito en el hotel;
