Annoyed
Pros:

I was charged 3 times when I only stayed twice booking.com said they are putting the money back

Cons:

I want to not be charged more then what I stayed when o was told it wouldn’t go through

Strongerly suggest when check in pls remind all clients no running and big voice in hallway!

The facility is clean and staff are friendly and courteous.
Pros:

The breakfast at the affiliated hotel was very good. Also, having access to Starbucks for morning coffee is a bonus.

Cons:

There was no shuttle to and from airport and there is nothing much to do around this location.
