Déçue
Pros:

Oui concernant le ménage : j'ai passé 2 nuits, en arrivant le soir, j'ai retrouvé ma tasse café dans la chambre telle que je l'avais laissée c'est à dire sale, non changée ( plateau de courtoisie),, la bouteille d'eau vide non rangée dans le frigo, les draps à peine tirés juste recouverts... Pour un total de 163 nuit 1 et 182 nuit 2 avec parking, c'est un peu just !!
Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas.
J'ai demandé un fer à repasser, le 8 au soir, le réceptionniste à peine aimable m'a dit " vous redescendez la table et le fer svp" lol
Je n'ai jamais vu ça et j'ai dû les monter seule et c'était lourd, il ne m'a même pas proposé son aide. Bref... Pour un 4 étoiles franchement, ça laisse à désirer, je suis déçue, au vu du prix payé !

Cons:

Tout est dit plus haut, la négligence et le manque de courtoisie.
