Great, value for money, prime location, friendly accommodating staff
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the location and the hotel. My daughter and I always have a great time

Pros:

room was very good and clean.

Cons:

Getting to the actual hotel (we used public transport) was annoying. To get to the main area of Darling Harbour, we needed to cross the train tracks, honestly not really safe if you have young children with you. Then, you walk a bit to the elevators, walk up a ramp, and then reach the hotel. Hotel it self was fine, if you come by car, you should be fine.

Very disappointed would not recommended this hotel.
Pros:

Convenient to the venue we were seeing a concert at.

Cons:

When booking in we were not advised that the room was a disabled set up. Very tight bathroom and we had to move the disable chair into the walk space which was a fir hazard. The shower was filthy and the room had a mouldy smell about it.
