Amazing
Pros:

The location is ideal to go around. I met my friends for a weekend getaway & our place to stay has always been Novotel on Darling harbour. One is the place where we worked & met for the first time & 2 it is where they are still working. The atmosphere is friendly and this time our room was upgrated to a penthouse thanks to Andrew Austin. He welcomes us with a big cheese platter , wines & champagne . A big thank you to him & to all staff who was very welcoming & Supada vdry ni e to have met & having a fun night.

Overall good for a couple of days.
Pros:

Good location, staff were very friendly (Lea was very sweet).

Cons:

Style is very outdated and old, could do with some maintenance as well. Bathroom was very old. Breakfast was a bit boring.

Staff don't read messages properly

Location, my daughter just loves staying here.

Cons:

I let the staff know that my daughter was turning 15 on the Monday the 6th of April, and in my messages they wished my daughter a happy 7th Birthday, I corrected them. But they gave her a Birthday card saying Happy 7th Birthday, with colouring book & pencils, and a platter of fruit that she didn't like the fruit, when I asked the staff member for a banana as that's what my daughter liked she didn't get her a banana. I think that it's not good when they aren't listening or acknowledging my messages. This isn't very good and I was a bit disappointed about this situation, especially when my daughter turned 15 and I let them know.

Great staff, good food ,great room
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with loads of choice. Bar was good in the evenings and staff were very polite.Room was a good size an beds very comfy.

Very minor thought the Swimming pool could do with a little refresh.

The location and the view

Cons:

The fridge made everything frozen. I had my babies medicine in there. There was a concierge staff member that was appalling and yelled at another staff member in front of us. It wasn’t great for our children to see and bad behaviour. I felt sorry for the staff member he yelled at.
