Good location, though construction and room issues made the stay less comfortable.

There was construction work that we weren’t told about until after booking when asking about check‑in/out. The fridge in our room had been switched off, so the items we put inside didn’t stay cold.

Disappointing. Will not come back to this hotel again. The photo is the fly I saw in my congee

Cons:

I saw a fly in my preserved bamboo shoots for congee. I’ve informed the staff. It spoilt my appetite totally.
No hotel slippers which were disappointing. Reception told me there’s no interconnecting rooms which I’ve booked. I called to confirm and they said there’s interconnecting. When I check in,Reception said it’s not. Manager confirmed it is. My family was upset as a result.The staff duno what they are doing.

Close to the Darling Harbour is big plus, rooms are clean and Restourant The Ternary is great
Pros:

-Room was clean
-very close to all restaurants and attractions
-staff was amazing and helpful

Cons:

- Room is super tight and small
-Outdoor pool was not heated and it’s very small and outdated, pool needs to be fixed and inside there are lots of chipped tiles and I had a nasty graze in my foot, lots of chipped tiles under the water and close to the step
- I’ve asked a week ahead for a late checkout - didn’t happen

Great location. Amazing view. Staff very friendly

Cons:

Room 637 a couple of cracked poorly "repaired" tiles on the wall under taps for the bath and a cracked chipped floor tile. For a family of 4 staying in the room 2 coffee cups and an extra carton of milk would have been great.
