Pros:

Staff are always super welcoming and helpful. Location was great. Very close to Darling Harbour amenities. Room was a good size. Roomy enough to accomodate 3 adults. Views are amazing.

Excellent location but very rude Hotel Manager.
Pros:

The location was perfect for all of our requirements. It was within walking distance to Darling Harbour and Capitol Theatre.

Cons:

The attitude of the Manager on the weekend of our stay was rude and definitely not helpful. We were informed when we arrived that all 3 of our family group would be on the same floor. This was not the case, because when our daughter arrived later in the evening, the Manager informed her that there were no more rooms on our floor, and that her and her family would be on another floor. I was not impressed as we had been told otherwise. When I approached the Manager, he was quite rude to me and made no apology for his actions. That was definitely not an excellent start to our family holiday together.

Overall, we love staying there. Only thing that didn't make it as good as it should was the pillows.
Pros:

Location is amazing, staff are always super pleasant and breakfast is outstanding. We got am unexpected upgrade to a slightly larger room which was a welcomed surprise and a earlier check in.

Cons:

Pillows. They were all so extremely high and hard. I dont remember them being to terrible last time we stayed. A choice of a firmer and softer or 2 thicknesses would be so much accommodating for guests. Having myself a back sleeper and a child with such an enormous hard pillow was not suitable or comfortable with you neck kinked so far forward and firm even just using one. I had a pretty rubbish sleep both nights and the kid tossed and turned alot too. Was a shame as the mattress was more than fine. Had I needed to stay another night I would have sincerely struggled.
Hot water. Understandably, multi story buildings will have a lot of demand on hot water. But it was so intermittent and a lot of water wasted just standing there waiting for it to start or come back half way through and freezing.
