Pros:

The staff were really helpful and friendly from the concierge through to the cleaners and the baristsa. The location was great.

The room was really quiet and bed super comfy.

I had a room upgrade which was great!

Room service food was great and a plentiful buffet for breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom was pretty dated- although it was good to have a bathtub.

The TV could only be used if connected to an app on your phone- it took forever and kept dropping out.

No snacks in the room- had to be ordered via room service with a $5 delivery fee if under a certain amount.

Die Rolltreppe.

Cons:

Die Eingangstür, sie hatte rundherum einen Spalt durch den man Licht sehen konnte und die abends lautenGeräusche vom Atrium und dem Restaurant sehr (!) deutlich zu hören waren
Das Bad, das wirklich in einem stark abgewohnten Zustand war und nicht sehr sauber war.
Der laute Kühlschrank, in dem nichts, außer einem kleinen Päckchen Milch war.
