You notice great service !
Pros:

The duty manager was outstanding - the concierge team were all very helpful .
The rooms were clean , and very comfortable.

Cons:

The check in receptionist seemed to be a little off that day -then her team supported her and made my experience incredible.

Decent budget hotel

Stayed here many times and have previously had good experiences. The room I was out in this time was very disappointing.
Pros:

I have stayed quite a few times here for work purposes, and I always recommend to our international colleagues to stay here. In the past I have found the rooms I have been out in very comfortable, and I was excited to bring my husband and one of my children to come and stay

Cons:

I was so disappointed when entering our room. It was absolutely too small to cater for 2 double beds., and very hard to manoeuvre around. There was not enough room for bags. The bathroom was aged and shower dangerous. If any of my international work colleagues had been out in this room I would have been very embarrassed

Ok but very expensive for what it is
Pros:

Quiet room, very close to ICC

Cons:

Very costly, 5 star price for 3 star hotel.
Incorrectly charged for a meal I did not have - after showing I was elsewhere that evening reception agreed to reverse it.
Bathroom was clean but needed shower tiling etc well past its use by date

Perfect location for an outstanding hotel.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff especially Simon at the concierge.
Cleanliness and general appearance are of an excellent standard.
Location is perfect for getting around Sydney using the Hop On Hop Off bus.
Felt perfectly safe when walking around Darling Harbour

Cons:

We were very happy with everything so can’t really think of anything that we didn’t like.

Loved the location

Cons:

The harbour views were disappointing. Don't assume that the higher the room the better the view. We swapped from an allocated room on the 10th floor to the 4th floor & were much happier. Not only was the view better but the room was much bigger!

Comfortable and will stay again
Pros:

location and stayed before so felt comfortable staying again . Staff always lovely and helpful facilities clean and updated , modern .

Cons:

The huge building being built in front of the Novotel and obstructing view , also that no shopping centre right next door now , however still a short walk to city .
