Pros:

I liked that it was clean and central to everything

Cons:

Check in was at 3 and our room wasn't ready. Staff said it would be 20 minutes and it ended up being an hour and half.

It wasn’t bad for a last minute trip. Price was a little much for the accommodations. The staff makes the stay.
Pros:

Front desk employee was extremely helpful!! We really appreciate Ortisia for all her help.

Great stay, just fix the pool ladders.
Pros:

The location of the property was great. It is close to many restaurants and the grocery and close to downtown. It was nice to be able to see the navy planes train. The room was clean and the staff were amazing. The free breakfast was good as seasoned well.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the pool ladders were broke. It was unsafe. Also you can tell they use bleach to chlorinate the pool and spa. At night my room got really hot even when I turned the thermostat down, and it was harder to sleep.

Great Stay.

Great price and the facility was clean.

Cons:

I was a little hard to find at first, it is hidden behind a rooms to go and if you go thru the back, you could miss your turn and end up at the Enterprise and there is no connection to the parking lot from Enterprise.

I love the indoor pool and hot tub. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Great place overall for the value that we paid.

Cons:

The floor in the hallway needs cleaned. Presentation means everything. Some things needs to be updated.

Good stay but more help staff needed.
Cons:

The food for breakfast was complimentary. The staff person spoke no English. She would not try to speak when asked a question. Would just gesture she didn’t speak English sign.
