Pros:

Great location, only 15mins by car to NEC and write in middle of Solihull town centre, which is pleasant.

Cons:

Tired facilities.
Parking is NOT free which is poor considering the room rate was high.

Almost perfect!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well managed as it was busy. Would love to visit again.

Cons:

More a complaint of guests, in the swimming pool there was an obnoxious teenager who kept jumping in the pool and splashing all the younger children, staff member was told and they spoke with him and parents and said if he didnt behave they would have to leave, unfortunately this was not a deterrent and his behaviour continued, but unfortunately they were not asked to leave so our family and another family left the pool early, which was a shame for our children.

Pros:

I had a lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza Solihull. The hotel is neat and tidy throughout. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of local shopping and restaurants, and very convenient for Birmingham Airport. There is a tiny bit of wear and tear in a few areas that could use a minor update, but it's so subtle most people wouldn't even notice. I would definitely stay here again!
