Pros:

the proximity to solihull town centre was the best thing about this hotel

Cons:

the disgusting smell that kept coming in through the drains or heating system. It was difficult to tell

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel and a wonderful room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and tea/ coffee
Cons:

Maybe a better choice in breakfast. Some fresh and defrosted fruit available but not enough . Mini pastries were overcooked and dry .Wider range of cereals and cold meats would help.

Pros:

Perfect location, plenty of reasturants across the road unfortunately we had to cancel reservations due to one of the children being sick as we pulled up, staff were very helpful. Room was spacious bed was comfortable and room service was great and very reasonably priced for the kids meals

I'd stay again
Pros:

Staff were all helpful, friendly and great all round.

Cons:

Teeny tiny window which was so high I couldn't look through it. I assume it looked out on to ventilation units as they were noisy. But with the windows closed noise was fine.

Great overnight stay
Pros:

A quick trip for a family funeral , greeted by friendly Josh at Reception and super attentive Dhillon at the bar , lovely food, great service and a spacious and comfortable room . Highly recommend

Pros:

Breakfast options were good, bedrooms were spotless, all my requests had been met and staff were exceptionally accommodating.

Cons:

The pool area could have been better presented. A slight update in appearance could be initiated. Would have preferred if children were also able to stay in the pool area at least for the full duration, as one member of our party had to miss out and leave early due to restricted hours.
