Pros:

The rooms and the entire hotel was value for money.

Cons:

The staff at the pool weren't courteous and there is no way to reserve time slots for the use of it especially if you have kids. The pools only available from 10 to 6pm for kids and there is no process to reserve times.

Super hotel. I would definitely return.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional, the staff couldn't have been more attentative and efficient.
Great location. Cross the road to shops, restaurants and cinema.

A beautiful hotel, with friendly, helpfu
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. Josh in particular on Reception went over & above to help but all staff were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Only small things, the hotel was very warm which wasn't an issue until trying to sleep, but I was able to open the window which helped. Windows aren't double glazed so you can hear traffic.
