A pleasant stay
Pros:

Close to the shopping arcade. The staff were very welcoming and the room clean. Loved the pool and spa area.

Have stayed several times and always had a good experience. This was not as good as previous stays.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Understaffed maybe??!! Constantly ran out of items and people waiting around for the basics to be replenished. This happened both mornings we had breakfast.

Was given a table for 2 with a very wobbly leg on one of the chairs so asked for it to be changed. Came back from getting a coffee and the leg was still wobbly.....apparently it had been changed! Was told it would be alright to sit on!! or just swap it with my partners opposite!! Great service NOT!!

The gentleman on the next table got up to get a coffee.....by the time he came back the table had been cleared, reset and another person was sat there!!

Breakfast was good. Some staff were more willing to accomodate than others.

Cons:

I feel some greater cultural awareness would be great. I had a coffee late at night to takeaway from the bar. The bar attendant served alcohol and as I dont drink alcohol I tried to respectfully ask if he can wash his hands before making the coffee. He did say he would but would say that he didn't touch the alcohol, though for us we want to be extra careful. He did get another colleague to make it which was better. But maybe some greater awareness would be better
