Pros:

The staff were lovely and welcoming. From the reception to the bar to the breakfast staff. Just everyone was really nice.

Nice hotel, but....
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable with plentiful parking (not free). Staff were pleasant and room was a good standard.
Good location for modern shopping centre, nice pedestrianised town centre and eating establishments.

Cons:

Parking for paying guests @£12.50 per night seems extreme.
Staff were busy and pleasant but overstretched at the bar and at breakfast.
The patio area on a sunny Sunday morning after a busy Saturday night was left uncleared and unusable, again pointing to lack of staffing numbers. It was busy as there was a wedding at the venue, but it shouldn't affect other guests.
