Comfortable stay for a family
Pros:

The staff were attentive, the room was spacious for a family room and clean. It was close to nearby restaurants and only 30 minutes from Cadburys World.

Pros:

We asked for a twin room we arrived to a double bed they put a sofa bed in the room that was only big enough for a child and the mattress was disgusting it had a huge lump in the middle. The manager said there was nothing they could do . My colleague left and got accommodation in a nearby hotel.

Really enjoyable stay swimming pool was great which my granddaughte loved we had our evening meal in the terrace restaur
Pros:

Staff are very accommodating I called and asked if our room would be ready earlier and I was put has a priority for cleaning and we were able to go to our room earlier all staff are friendly and nothing was to much for them to make your stay comfortable

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like I’ve stayed here before but never had breakfast

Great hotel just a few things
Pros:

Rooms were great spacious and light
Staff were attentive and really helpful, food was great too nothing was to much, gym was great had a great choice of machines.

Cons:

Lift really needs looking at as really run down.

Great Location and Good Hotel, some bits better than others
Pros:

The hotel is well situated close to the town centre and parking is plentiful but not free, which was disappointing, I would have expected as a guest that parking would be included. The space is well presented and staff were very helpful.
My room was great, nothing spectacular but it had everything I needed, so that was good news. Although I have to say the bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

One lift working in reception was a real issue, especially when busy and it was super busy whilst I was there. The bar prices were....pricey! more so than I anticipated.
Main issue was the parking, I genuinely felt aggrieved that it was an additional cost.
