Overall very good stay definitely recommend fantastic staff. Great location
Pros:

The staff were fantastic so friendly engaging and helpful Particular shout out for Reception, leisure club and bar staff.Breakfast was great. Room was a good size. Bathroom excellent with nice toiletries and great shower. Room very clean.

Cons:

Evening meal a little on the small side needed side salad but was tasty.
Upgrade room carpets.

Pros:

Not happy with room location the hotel air conditioning units are right outside the window and the noise is constant keep me and the wife awake we left early without breakfast

Friendly Reception and Restaurant Staff. Breakfast was pleasant.

Cons:

Room layout was strange and drab. Furniture and fittings in the room and bathroom were sparse and very tired. Hotel is generally tired and unispiring away from the public areas, which are much more pleasant. Evening menu seemed very expensive.
Charging hotel guests £12.50 for car parking for a short overnight stay is unreasonable and unexpected.

Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast and attentiveness of the restaurant staff was excellent

Cons:

The room i booked was meant to have an extra bed made up, this had been confirmed by the app text system. On arrival in the room it hadnt been done. I asked reception and they were unsure, but on checking the size of the room i declined having the bed made up as it was too small

the proximity to solihull town centre was the best thing about this hotel

the disgusting smell that kept coming in through the drains or heating system. It was difficult to tell

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel and a wonderful room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and tea/ coffee
Cons:

Maybe a better choice in breakfast. Some fresh and defrosted fruit available but not enough . Mini pastries were overcooked and dry .Wider range of cereals and cold meats would help.

1st class hotel
Pros:

Absolutely lovey hotel. Always stay here when we visit family. Staff are friendly and welcoming, bending over backwards to make your stay a pleasant experience. Very reasonably priced considering the amazing all you can eat breakfast included in our room package. Lovely comfortable and immaculately clean rooms. Perfectly positioned just 10 mins from train station and directly across from shopping centre, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Perfect location, plenty of reasturants across the road unfortunately we had to cancel reservations due to one of the children being sick as we pulled up, staff were very helpful. Room was spacious bed was comfortable and room service was great and very reasonably priced for the kids meals
