Das Hotel hat sehr viel Charme. Freundliches Personal. Toller Frühstücks Saal mit tollem Frühstück.

Pros:

hotel storico, molto curato ed in una ottima posizione per visitare la città; camera con vista, ma piccoletta. doccia e bagno molto curati e fornita di ottimi prodotti.

Cons:

rapporto qualità prezzo un po' alto, ma in generale in linea con i prezzi finlandesi; possibilità di parcheggio limitate, noi abbiamo trovato, ma credo che in periodi più affollato possa rappresentare un problema

Great services but good room experience
Pros:

Great breakfeast for people who eat vegan food. There were many vegan options and all of them tasted great. 🙂

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. I did not like that there was hair on the floor and bed. Also, decorative hotels lights projected onto the building wall disturbed sleeping a bit.

Pros:

Traditionaalinen klassikkohotelli hienossa ympäristössä. Hotellin yleiset vapaasti käytössä olevat oleskelutilat olivat viihtyisät ja käytännölliset.

Cons:

Henkilökuntaa oli erittäin vähän paikalla huomioonottaen kansainvälisen FIVA Event vieraat. Sisäänkirjautuminen ja muut käytännön järjestelyt kuten ravintolan juomatarjonta yms. vaativat pahimmillaan useiden kymmenien minuuttien odotuksen. Syyksi kerrottiin sairaustapaukset. Tämän tason Radisson hotellin pitäisi pystyä hoitamaan henkilöjärjestelyt siten, että asiakkaat saavat ostamansa palvelut.

Ein Grandhotels. Personal besser schulen
Pros:

Ein großartiges klass. Hotel. .
Alles sehr stylisch und stilvoll
Oft muss das Personal ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel wieder gutmachen.
Hier ist das Gebäude und interior das Highlight
Personal eher unaufmerksam und ein wenig selbstverliebt
Am Frühstücksbüffet platzierte ein Gast eine leergegessene Schale.
Steht keiner . Schade

Cons:

Auf den wunderschönen Etagen werden die Wäschekarren geparkt.
Das stört vollkommen die Harmonie - und das Bild!
Dafür gibt es Abstellräume

Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli, jonka huoneen kylpyhuonetoteutus saattaa jakaa mielipiteitä
Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen, kahvi ja palvelu aamiaisella hyvää. Hotellilla keskeinen sijainti mm. Finlayson-keskuksen palveluihin nähden.

Cons:

Kylpyhuonekalusteissa omaan makuuni turhaa "kikkailua" vanhanaikais-tyylisten käännettävien kylmä- ja kuumavesihanojen myötä, samaan kategoriaan liittyen wc-pöntön yläpuolinen vesisäiliön toteutus, sekä suihkusekoittajan varsin omintakeinen toimintalogiikka. Kylpyhuoneen olemus laski omalla kohdallani koko vierailun viihtyvyyspisteitä turhanpäiten.
