Hotelli oli iso osa onnistunutta Tampereen-vierailuamme.
Pros:

Sijainti oli loistava, upealla paikalla, lähellä keskustaa ja ravintolaa, jossa illastimme isommalla porukalla. Sänky oli hyvä.
Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä.

Cons:

Huoneen yöpöydillä olleet lamput eivät sopineet huoneen tyyliin ollenkaan, eikä niitä saanut suljettua ilman, että sai päälle välkkyvän "strobovalovaiheen". Ihan järkyttävät!

Lovely one-night stay at the historic Tammer!
Pros:

We stayed just one night at the Radisson Blu Grand Hotel Tammer and really enjoyed it. The hotel’s grand 1920s architecture is stunning — it has such an elegant, historic feel that immediately makes you appreciate the building the moment you walk in.
The location is excellent, right beside the Tammerkoski rapids. The sound of the rushing water and the beautiful riverside views added a special charm to our short stay. It’s also super central, with everything within easy walking distance.
The room was comfortable, the staff friendly, and the overall atmosphere perfect for a quick visit to Tampere. We’d definitely choose this hotel again for its unique character and prime spot by the rapids.
Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only small downside was breakfast. We arrived only few minutes before 9:30 (mistakenly thinking it ran until 10:00) and only had a few minutes left, so that was entirely our fault.

What we did manage to try (especially the bacon and sausages) was a bit dry. Otherwise it looked like a nice selection.

Vanha tunnelma, hyvä ruoka

Cons:

Tietoa pysäköinnistä ei löytynyt. Kun paljon vieraita, niin aamiaiselta ruoka osittain loppunut. Hieman kulahtaneet pinnat (maali hilseili). Kallis.

Pittoreski, sopivan kokoinen, hyvä sänky ja näkymä koskelle.

Cons:

Kellariravintola oli pettymys; ruoka viipyi, oli jo haaleaa, käsittämätön "häntäpalan" kuivahko pippuripihvi, simpukoista iso osa tyhjiä ja kylmä kastike vei ruokahalut. Uskomaton rimanalitus Tampereen tasoisessa ruokamekassa.

Pros:

Been a few times and everytime it is a disappointment. Arrogant service, empty breakfast buffet with dried out cheese and very poor vegan options. You can hear everything from other rooms, and the room is hot as sauna. We have had enough and will choose differently next time.

Huone oli rauhallinen ja siisti. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Aamupala monipuolinen, maksapateeta kaipasin.

Cons:

Wc:n huuhtelu todella kovaääninen. Huoneessa tosi kuuma.
