Disappointing
Pros:

My main complaint is that I had no hot water for 12 hours and could not take a shower for 12 hours
Also getting to my room required an awkward and circuitous route

Couldn't have been better
Pros:

Nicest hotel we have stayed in a long time- had obviously had refurbishment fairly recently. Good design as well as clean and fresh. All the staff were friendly. Our room was comfortable ,very quiet on back of building a few floors up. Really convenient - nearby restaurants, 5 min walk to Earl's Court west to Heathrow, east to Central London. Will stay there again

Very nice hotel, would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel's location was great. The room was very cute and the bed was very comfy. I also was given a free upgrade to my room which was nice.

Cons:

There was the sound of drilling sometimes and I wish that the bathroom could have a little bigger. Also there was a crack in the wall underneath the TV

We had a great time.
Pros:

Great location. Very close to the tube station Earl’s court. Carefully designed room was very comfortable. Staff are all very polite and friendly.
