Newly furbished room, pretty clean, and very close to Earl’s court tube station with very good links to the city.
There was no fridge, room was pretty small, no balcony.
The mattress was not super comfortable but we made it work for 2 nights.

The place was nice about the staff honestly was horrendous especially the lady they spoke to me with such rudeness. She ignore me initially and went over to help an lady who just came down.... I watched and said nothing for 15 minutes I also ask this particular lady cleaning and when I came back in evening no cleaning was done 🙂 The staff in the restaurant were so nice and accommodating

Honestly, everything! The location is great, the staff was OUTSTANDING, the room was super nice and comfortable, and they have one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a lot of other places! It’s a very classic one but super solid and qualitative! We celebrated my birthday and when we got back to the room the wonderful ladies from reception had sent a little delicious chocolate cake and wrote me the sweetest note! This is the place to be in London! We are DEFINITELY coming back!
Decent room, quiet, the bed is almost comfortable but mattress should be changed. Bathroom is spacious.
