Perfectly nice hotel to spend a night or two in London.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating to my vegan diet. We really loved the gym too. The beds were also comfortable and clean.

Disappointing and expensive for what you got

Cons:

Staff unfriendly, especially at breakfast - no ambience at all, could hear a pin drop most of the time! Which was just all a bit awkward! Couldn’t tell who was staff and who was a guest as staff all in scruffy jeans and T-shirts, no name badges.
Breakfast was luke warm at best, had to clear my own table! Bread was stale and nothing got topped up or replaced. All very disappointing for the money the hotel charge

Disappointing, has such good potential but the basics where terrible

Room wasn’t ready despite being a 3pm check in, which was extremely annoying as we had a meal and theatre tickets booked. Check didn’t tell us any info about breakfast or times or hotel facilities. Just typed away on WhatsApp to house keeping. Hardly acknowledged us.
Zero ambience in the bar and breakfast area - one waitress for everyone, had to clear my own table, she didn’t understand what a poached egg was. Staff in jeans and t-shirts so unsure who worked there and who didn’t, no name tags, no welcoming, no music in the back ground - it was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming - breakfast especially
Also disappointing to return to the hotel bar at 10:45pm on a Friday night after visiting a show to find the bar closed and all the staff packed up waiting to go home! For £350 a night, an option to have a night cap would have been nice. Upon check out not one person asked us how our stay was… just took the key, typed away, asked if I paid had or not?! And then said bye!

A relaxing stay with wonderful staff and beautiful artistic touches.
Pros:

I really loved the atmosphere here. We felt relaxed and genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived, and the staff took excellent care of everything throughout our stay. It felt like a refreshing escape from the usual routine.

The artwork and design details are also very impressive. As you walk in, take a moment to notice the display featuring the upside-down teacups—it is a lovely and unexpected touch.

Cannot recommend it.
Pros:

Location was fine. It's Earls Court, not really Kensington. Just the same borough. There was a gym which had new equipment, though very isolated in the basement. The beds, after removing the headboard, were fine.

Cons:

Feels like a budget property dressed up with a trendy design. The renovation appears fairly superficial, and overall it didn't meet my expectations of a four-star hotel.

My room was located on the ground floor of a separate building and was surprisingly difficult to access, requiring multiple (staff) elevators and a walk through an alleyway. The room had single-pane windows facing the street and plumbing noise. After a room change, I was moved to a room on the third floor. It was better, but being directly opposite the elevator meant frequent noise from guests in the hallway, especially at night and early in the morning.

The beds also have an oversized headboard that reduces the usable mattress length by around 10 cm. Anyone taller than 1.80 m may find the bed too short or need to remove the headboard.
