Parfait!
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à deux pas du métro dans un quartier agréable. Décoration soignée et moderne. Chambre petite mais bien agencée avec une literie très confortable. Bon accueil du personnel. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Bref, nous avons tout aimé.

Niin pieni aamiashuone, että sinne joutui jonottamaan. Ensimmäinen huone haisi todella vahvalle kloorille.

Posizione vicinissima alla metro in un quartiere elegante e tranquillo. Colazione Topo.

Cons:

Ho prenotato un camera King e mi hanno dato una camera 2 piani sotto strada e senza finestre con aerazione forzata e senza ascensore per andare alla reception. Chiedo alla struttura il rimborso e il danno avuto in termini di benessere.

Gut erreichbar, ruhig und gutes Preis-Leistungsv.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Z.B wenn man vom Flughafen Heathrow anreist. U-Bahn Earls Court in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Etliche Shops und Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
War schon oft in London. Würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.

Unser Zimmer war recht klein. Aber das ist in London normal…

Handy for central Kensington
Pros:

Convenient location. Comfortable bed and clean room. Breakfast was good. Despite the check-in experience, we were delighted to have met George as we left to pick up our bags. He was friendly and helpful. We had expected this level of service on arrival.

Cons:

Check-in was a hassle. We requested a quiet room and were given the opportunity to see the rooms. However, before we could do so, another staff member intervened and changed the arrangements. The choice was removed, and we were allocated a basement room. That room was totally unsuitable - no window, but worst of all was the strong smell. Although we eventually got another room which was satisfactory, it took some time, and it was not done in a gracious manner.
