Just 3 min from Earl's Court Underground station
Pros:

A very comfortable stay. Large room, clean and modern design.
The hotel is (really) 3 min walking from Earl's Court station - direct from Heathrow airport if you take the piccadilly line).
Even that our stay was in the low-ground level, I was afraid of lightless and the use of the stairs. (but it was bright enough and you could open the window)
When I asked, they offered to change my room (but I was not sure if my new will be large enough), so I kept my original booking. (That means if you do not want to use stairs or you have to stay in upper floors, try to define during your booking).
There was a very nice style of art and colours in the room, in the corridors, in the lobby (a very clever art decoration with painted books), in te bar and breakfast area, everywhere.
The bathroom was very clean, with easy use of shower to moderate the water temperature (you know sometimes in England there is a difficulty in this).
The heating was perfect (winter in London) and easy to regulate during day and night. The bed was large, very comfortable and with very nice pillows. There was extra a small sofa and two armchairs to sit around.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also there is a nice gym (24h open).
The breakfast was perfect, with many choices, from the typical English to any healthy other choice you would prefer, including nice fresh fruits, smoothies, etc. The breakfast area is in front of the road, with plenty of room and light, with comfortable and many chairs.
The neighborhood is full of shops, choices for eating (many ethnic cooking), also convenient to take bus (if for any reason district, circle, picadilly and victoria ...lines are not enough for you).
In walking distance (10 min) is the shopping area of High Street Kensington.

Cons:

Dont leave anything in your room, or it may magically disappear and the hotel will simply say 'the cleaning staff has not found anything', instead of making a proper investigation. I left a nicely wrapped chocolate box in the room, but it magically disappeared...
All the rest was fine, but this incident and how it is was handled leaves me extremely disappointed

We would like to go again since the location and property is good but avoid the rooms in the old section.
Pros:

Location is very convenient. Nice designed rooms. Good breakfast. Staff is young and polite with smiling faces. Murat was especially helpful for the luggages after the check out.

Cons:

Our room was located at the old building. Had a huge wood framed window that doesn’t fully close! When the room is tiny and the bed is next to a window that has a breeze when it is 0 degrees outside that is a problem. We warned the staff every morning. Neither they find a temporary solution to fully close it nor they offered to change our room. During our 3 nights my head was freezing every night. I finally used some clippers to tighten the curtains to lessen the air blowing.
In summary the receiption is just a polite listener not a problem solver.

Great hotel & location
Pros:

I was really impressed with the hotel & location. It has had a recent refurb & my room was even better than the pictures, super comfy bed, great pillows (which is rare) & easy access to central london. The food in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, very fine dining & all the staff were super helpful. Would 100% stay again.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that my room was in the basement & therefore had no windows, however I can't fault the room itself. I would just ask for a higher floor room if I stayed again.
I would also make a small suggestion of the inclusion of a toaster for breakfast rather than just bread... minor but a tweak.

Beautiful hotel and great value for money
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, looked great in pictures and is much better in real life. Beautiful interior, great location, the stay was comfortable and aesthetically pleasant, and the room had all I needed. Loved the USB-C chargers next to the bed, no adapter needed!
