The breakfast was excellent for the price. Pleasant staff and clean

Cons:

Being an older couple amd coming in late from an international flight with bags I found the service lacking for help with that. We had to load a cart and push it quite a ways to our room. We are in fairly good shape but for someone else this could be an issue.
Being seniors and on pensions the price was high also. But that said all the hotels are expensive now.

Excellent stay at an affordable price in Richmond. Highly recommended!
Pros:

It was very close to the Richmond Oval. Excellent restaurant on site.

Cons:

There was only one machine in the entire hotel.

Handy location, great bar and bar staff but check where your room is going to be ahead of time
Pros:

Good location for the airport

Cons:

As a senior it would have been good to be located in the block where the reception is, instead I was put in a different wing, last room down the corridor, furthest from reception, when I asked why I couldn’t stay in the main hotel block I was told I needed to spend more on the room but when I chose the room it didn’t tell me in which block it was going to be. I stay there every time I fly but now considering somewhere else
