Not impressed
Cons:

the room was not cleaned properly. The fridge has left over drinks from last guest. We reserved room with 3 people, but only two sets towels were provided. We requested another set of towel, and remove the drink from last guest, no one showed up to deliver the towel or take out the drink.

The room is quite outdated. The fridge and ac are noisy.

Great overnighter close to Vancouver Airport.
Pros:

Good location near the airport. They operate a Shuttle from and to the airport which is handy. Love the ‘Free Bird Table & Bar’ restaurant offering great casual atmosphere for dinner, snack or breakfast.

Great value + perks, but poor maintenance / cleaning of some areas
Pros:

Lots of great perks with this hotel: airport shuttle, amazing breakfast at the on-site restaurant, option of the junior suite with 2 double beds + pull-out couch + small kitchenette, indoor pool - and most importantly, very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Parts of the hotel are dated, rundown, and not being maintained or cleaned to a high standard - for example, pool area tiles / shower were dirty, the bathroom shower in our room needed new grouting / sealant etc.

Overall good considering the price and proximity to the airport.
Pros:

Location and price was great.

Cons:

Very busy lobby. Depending on the time takes a while for staff to check in or out. Airport shuttle was would at times leave earlier than the specified time without you, having to wait until the next round.

Not five star
Pros:

Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

First room had no fresh air, stuffy. Changed rooms and they held another three nights payment on our card, causing financial strain. Got back at 8pm one night and from not made up, wet towels on the floor. Not a five star experience at all.

Clean, comfortable stay!
Pros:

Our suite was very clean and well laid out for a large family! We enjoyed our comfortable stay and we're so grateful for the excellent shuttle service to get us to the airport.

Was good for the purpose
Pros:

Free laundry- lovely lobby- good location

Cons:

Lamp was wonky and plugs did not work properly, coffee maker was unplugged - behind the tv so could not get at it.

Don’t pick this place!
Pros:

Buyer beware…they are not helpful at all. We picked this place because of the shuttle service to the airport, the whole experience was horrible. We wanted to go to the airport and got on the shuttle, we were then told that we had to get off because other people had to get to the airport and we would have to wait a 1/2 hour despite the fact they there were 2 shuttles sitting there. When we wanted to come back to the hotel, we went to the designated spot and as we were approaching, they drove off. I called the hotel to see if they could call them and she told me they will be back in 5 minutes. After 15, I called again. She said they were on their was and it would be 10 minutes. After that, I called again, same response. After an hour and 5 minutes and the same routine, I asked a nearby hotel to take us to theirs and we could walk to our hotel. They did. When I talked to the manager, he argued with me. We then needed airport shuttle at 3am to go to the airport to go home, even though the website says they make arrangements (on their confirmation page), they said they don’t offer it outside of certain hours. When a friend in our group (different room and not on the day before problem) talked to the manager in the morning about the issue that I had the day before, he offered him a monetary compensation. Do not trust a word this place publishes about what is offered.
