Staff was friendly
Room was dirty and muggy. Felt humid and moist and sticky.
The smell in the lobby was amazing.

Property was nice and the two people at the front desk were really nice but the driver that takes you to the airport has no problem driving a 75-year-old woman to the wrong airline drop off then tell her she has to get back to the other place by yourself, but she didn’t even know where it was and didn’t care and just drove away. Was not impressed. That was the whole reason why I chose that hotel but I felt the staff very cold and not accommodating
The shuttle bus driver he is very rude and has no respect for elderly people and doesn’t give a care if you have to struggle with their luggage and walk miles because he dropped them off in the wrong place
The property is larger than we realized and made up of multiple towers. We liked the restaurant and liquor store downstairs and convenience of restaurants close by. Shuttle service to the airport was also convenient
They were nice enough to get us in earlier to a unit but it was very dated and run down. It didn’t have a washer dryer as listed when we booked, the bathroom smelled like BO, and we were in a farther unit than the rest of our group. We were able to go to visit other friends who were also staying in the same hotel but different tower and they were much nicer and met the expectations. I’d just say make sure you are in the newer towers if possible.

Fijne kamer met meerdere kamers, waardoor privacy.
We hebben heerlijk ontbeten.
We konden zelfs onze was van de vakantie bijwerken!
Het zwembad was buiten bereik ivm onderhoud.

La comodidad de las camas y que había café de cortesía en la habitacion. Personal amable y el chico del shuttle al aeropuerto muy amable.
Durante mi corta estancia no pude usar muchos servicios así que no tengo inconveniente de nada
