Economical and strategically placed accommodation.
Pros:

Location was great for access to various activities. Smelt clean and looked clean immediately opening the door. Pool was great

As airport hotels go I can recommend.
Pros:

Honestly this is best airport hotel I have stayed at in a long time (along with the exceptional TWA hotel at JFK). The staff were incredible and so helpful. The room was quiet, roomy and comfortable. It is well situated to see a bit of the area (I had a late flight so the hotel looked after my baggage whilst I went walkabout). Would stay here again.

Cons:

I did not manage to get the hotel shuttle on arrival from the separate South Terminal, despite giving my flight and arrival details. I could not phone. Uber came to the rescue!

Overall, comfortable. Would love to stay again if the hotel can do something about the beds.
Pros:

*Easy cancellation policy till closer to travel date was very helpful, making any change of plans very convenient and worry-free. Thank you.
*Staff were cheerful and friendly from all departments.
*Airport shuttle was very convenient. Didn't do any pre-booking on shuttle bus as data plan was not available upon landing. Anyway, waited at the designated pick-up area, shuttle bus came along and picked us up without any hassle. Driver was polite and cheerful which was much appreciated after long haul.
*We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment in the Executive Tower, overlooking Alderbridge Way. Room had all the amenities as stated; was bright with natural sunlight and full-length window, airy, clean, spacious and comfortable. Apartment had in-suite heating. Kitchen was equipped with the basic necessities for cooking.

Cons:

*Bed in bedroom was too soft for our comfort and had a very thick mattress. Overall, with bed plus mattress, the height of bed was too high for us; all-in-all est. about 2.5ft from floor. Would consider it to be "dangerous" getting in & out of bed. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to do anything about it and I ended up sleeping on the floor instead. Would be great if hotel can make special arrangement to replace mattress with a thinner and harder one upon request.
*Sofa bed was old so the tension was loose and slack in the center. Not comfortable.
*Cutting board was missing in the kitchen. Having a kitchen with no cutting board is a bit of an oversight. Despite feedback, we did not receive any during our 7-day stay.
*For any requests, to contact housekeeping before 5pm as afterwards they will be off-duty. Front desk was reluctant to help take message for housekeeping and requested us to call again tomorrow morning.

Overall, very happy staying at Executive and would stay again
Pros:

Location, design of suite, with small kitchen. Windows that open for fresh air. Clean and quiet.

Cons:

Construction was not great quality and design look was basic quality.

The last time I stayed somewhere this nice, it was 80 dollars
Pros:

Convenient location downtown

Cons:

AC didn't work. No hot water in shower. Wallpaper peeling. False advertising about ability to charge car overnight. I have no idea how they justify 300 dollars a night.
