Proximity to airport, shuttle, large room(did not matter to me but might for some), comfortable bed.
Costly for what you get; it’s an old property and a bit run down.
Shuttle service: we were well informed before arrival, the service was timely and friendly staff.
The swimming pool was pleasant with free towels.

The hotel layout, with lengthy walk from reception/entrance to our room; the modest swimming pool was located 2 buildings and 8 floors away from the single hot tub.
The WiFi arrangement: the was a separate logon with an unmemoreable string of digits for every part of the hotel. We had to logon back on to all our devices moving from our room to reception and again to the bar restaurant right next door.
Restaurant menu was very limited with most choices incuding chillies.
The coffee maker was difficult to use as there were no visible instructions.

首先是有个员工非常差，我们计划打车，但酒店留言说有大巴，半小时一趟，结果我们在指定地点等了近一小时，大巴根本没停就呼啸而过，最终还是打车去酒店。跟工作人员沟通，一口流利普通话的员工满口谎言，说我们没等对地方，又说他等了十几分钟，后来又说我们没有招手。非常令人气愤！！！估计他有私事，为了赶时间，根本没停，我们等待期间很多酒店大巴都在，态度很好，这家真是令人失望。这个工作人员真是太差了
另外我们只是转机，带着父母，停留一晚，就定了两张床和一个沙发床，床有些高，父母上下不方便。而沙发床一翻身就响，所以我一晚也没怎么睡，非常差的体验
clean, comfortably stay
Staff polite and friendly, great pool and transport to airport and quality of furnishings etc
Air con in room incredibly noisy - came on suddenly in the middle of the night and no instructions on how to turn it off. No one able to help other than to offer change of room which as in the middle of the night, seemed excessive and impractical. Shame as everything else was wonderful. However as primary reason for stay was to get a good sleep after a long flight, this was significant for me!
