Een matige verblijf
Pros:

Ontbijt wat prima. Vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Wij mochten niet alle bagage meenemen naar onze kamer. Die moesten wij maar in de auto laten liggen. Dit ivm brandveiligheid. Binnen de termijn waarbinnen wij de boeking konden wijzingen heb ik een aanpassing gedaan. We werden wel geconfronteerd met een cancellationfee. Dit is uiteindelijk komen te vervallen. Ook werden wij, ondanks dat wij geboekt hadden met ontbijt, geconfronteerd met extra kosten voor ontbijt. Nadat ik hierover heb gereclameerd kregen wij die ook terug. De dame aan de receptie bij aankomst was heel vriendelijk maar was slecht ingewerkt. Alles was er buiten de standaard was moest zij navragen bij een manager die een vrije dag had. De dame in de ochtend daartegenover was wel competent om aan de receptie van een hotel te werken. De bedden waren heel erg zacht.
