This beautiful hotel is perfectly located in the center of town.
Pros:

I liked where the hotel was located right in the center of town. Once we parked our car, we were able to walk to restaurants, laundry mat, cafes, and shops. We loved the museums and the history of the town.

Cons:

I would have liked a laundry within the hotel complex.

Change in room with no change in price
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Room i paid for had broken air conditioning and was over 80 degrees inside. They moved us to a smaller room with a smaller bed on a noisier floor and told us they were unable to refund the difference in room price because it was booked throughbooking.com. We will never go back there due to the high price with no adjustment and we will no longer use booking.com for the same reason...we got a much lesser quality and size of room for top king size room prices.

Pros:

Great location , it has a very beautiful banquet room for weddings and celebrations. Has a very cool old safe.

While we expected more, we’d still stay again because it was very comfortable, the staff is wonderful and we love the lo

Location was fantastic! It allowed us to walk around the town without having to find street parking. The common areas overlooking the square are beautiful and very comfortable.

Cons:

No refrigerator in the room, no microwave. The AC in our room wasn’t great, but it was during the unbearable heat so I can’t fairly judge that. Also, we didn’t initially love the idea of the parking garage, but that ended up being a good thing. Highly recommend the daily permit if you’re staying a few days.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The Hotel Gettysburg was an excellent choice for our short visit. The accommodations were nice and in the perfect location for walking around the square. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only negative I have is that the room did not have a mini fridge. Also, parking in the lot behind the hotel was cheaper than street parking by the hour.

Not sure if they got a new system but a lot of system issues, keycards not working made my trip rather stressful
